Well… here is the last straw. I just happened to call Brian’s office, to tell them I was faxing my last medical bill. This was the very last medical bill, that I paid, after my accident. It was Tuesday. ”By the way… you have a deposition Friday”. 3 days notice. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known. Better than the last deposition in January. I showed up, only to discover that it was canceled in November. The only real lawyer here, is leaving. She was the only reason I hung on. Too bad. Yes, Brian reads my reviews. It got worse after my last review. Find yourself a proper law firm. The Yellow Pages have tons of ‘em. Just not this one.

This law office is probably one of the worst offices I’ve dealt with. I’ve left messages over messages to the office with no reply. Following up on a case, the attorney called and yelled at me saying I was dishonest and lied about all the phone messages. The attorney was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service use to be a specialty but I guess in this day and age this office has missed a couple of seminars and classes regarding people with some respect and class. If I could do a negative rating, trust me I would.

THE AFTERMATH:
This law firm did an excellent job at handling my daughter & I’s (as well as ex-fiancé’s) auto accident case. I was absolutely relieved to have their assistance and help. So, to the entire staff at Mr. Larsen’s office, and of course Mr. Larsen himself, THANK YOU! :)
PRE-​CASE SETTLEMENT (written about 2 years ago) :
I was referred to this firm through my fiancé’s family friend (they’re handling a case for my family, not me personally though I am the one dealing with most correspondence), and we are currently waiting on a settlement *fingers crossed*. We’ve been waiting patiently, so far communication has been okay. I will have to revise this review once the case actually settles, as I just did a search for reviews and after stumbling across the only other one it leaves a definite question mark in my head… we shall see!

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!
Oct. of 2007 I was in an accident and I signed up with them because my old boss used them a lot. I thought I would be in good hands. Boy oh boy was I wrong!
They had NO CLUE where my accident took place even after I told them and sent them the police report. So they sat on the case for months after they had all reports and bills.
Then there was an Arbitration set up so I showed up with the passenger that was in my car and it had been rescheduled!!! We were never told!
I went in and talked with Mr. Larsen personally and he appologized and said they would take care of us and was very sorry.
It was a bunch of BS!!!
So fake, so insenseare and he’s got no clue what’s going on with his clients, nor does his staff.
He did not «take care» of us and when they finally did settle it was not until March 2011! Not very timely at all!
I will be sure to not refer anyone to this office!
