I’d give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude and lazy staff! This subway closes at 10pm on Sundays. I arrived at 9:50 and they were already closed. To top it off, they had the audacity to wave me away.

It’s the same as any other Subway, if as a paying customer you don’t mind waiting in line behind all the homeless people getting free cups of water. Avoid.

Great subway spot to visit. I visited this place for lunch when I was working around the corner. Before I stopped by I was actually at the corner redirecting pedestrians around my jobs construction zone. I could swear every time someone opened the door to subway I could smell all there fresh food which made me very hungry and eager to go as soon as possible. Therefore when lunch came around noon I quickly ran towards subway. I placed my order for a buffalo chicken half foot sand which. Lettuce, pickles, olives, and tomatoes. I added ranch and mustard. Customer service was very kind and fast. Only two complaints I had was that the refrigerator with the bottled drinks is kept locked probably to prevent theft also they had no chairs for me to sit down and enjoy my subway sandwich. Oh well the sand which was delicious thumbs up for this place.

This is a great Subway to go to if you want to break into the food chain industry and learn what not to do. Generally speaking it’s a good idea to: Make sure the guest is finished creating their sandwich. Make sure a cashier is available to ring up any and all transactions(this is how businesses make money.) Don’t carry on conversations with familiar faces in line, thus causing the whole sandwich making process doesn’t get disjointed so people don’t leave with wrong sandwiches. If you run one of these stores, it’s probably a good idea to stop in once in a while to make sure it’s running OK. Because good god were there a lot of annoyed people who walked out. Yeesh.

WORST subway I’ve ever been too. The only reason I go there is because it’s the only Subway close to my work. The employees are seriously rude and don’t listen. My food is always made fine but they just have horrible attitudes. Save yourself the trip here if you can help it.

Right when I walked in this subway I saw a piece of paper saying that they just got robbed two months ago. so immediately, I did not feel safe eating here. There was only one person working there when I first came in so the service was very slow. Then the other co-worker comes in talking to the other worker all loud n stuff. Then he was about to make my sandwich n I was like this guy better wash his hand, which he did. He put on his gloves, but then he started scratching his head, then I was like FML and continue to order my sandwich. This Subway did not have the Jalapeño Cheddar bread, which was a disappointment because that my thing. I got the featured sandwich of the month: chicken n cheese. The sandwich was okay just like any other Subway sandwich. I just don’t like how Subway always has the stems of jalapenos and banana pepper included in the pepper, which always ruins my sandwich experience.

Probably the worst Subway I have been to. The food seems old and the service is close to rude.

not all subways are the same. this one skimps on toppings and customer service is not particularly friendly.

I love Subway, but this one definitely scimps on the toppings. I think they ended up putting about 4 black olives and maybe a pinch of lettuce. The service is pretty fast, and the staff is friendly, but they need to be a bit more giving on their topping portions without you having to ask.

(See pic) Review #1319. Was curious about the breakfast so came by and got the black forest ham, egg and cheese on flatbread. The sandwich was so so and the flatbread was dry. They also seemed to be unfamiliar with the breakfast item and took a while to figure out the order. The coffee was watery even with Seattle’s Best beans.

Nothing too exciting about this subway besides the fact that they always make my order right, they are quick, helpful and subway offers awesome prices and they even have daily deals. Which is why I wanted to give them 3 stars… but this subway gets an extra star for their thick skin, they have to endure the multi-million bajillion hobos that block the entrance, on top of that they have to deal with the snooty attitudes of all the customers that walk through the door. High five subway.

What you would expect out of any subway with a dash of good service. If you’re up for some idle chitchat, the subway people are nice enough to oblige.

I never used to like Subway until recently when I ran out of ideas for lunch and was craving a sandwich but was on a budget. Subway is a good place to go for lunch if you’re super hungry and on a budget. They make sandwiches with fresh ingredients and you can choose what you want in your sandwich which is nice. I really like their Buffalo Chicken sandwich … it’s very yummy. I really like this location because the workers are fast and friendly. Also, the bread has been nice and fresh the many times I’ve been to this location. Lastly, this location is very convenient because it’s close to the Powell St station and Westfield mall. This is my favorite Subway location !

About what you’d expect from a Subway. Complete with a transient member of the city standing nearby outside to ask for change or help with a meal.

This was actually the first store I walked into on my visit to San Francisco in May, 2011. Not for myslf however. No, some guy stopped me on a street corner asking for money, and after telling him i’d literally been in the city 10 minutes and was just looking for a bank, he didn’t know where one was, but would gladly walk with me! Fortunately, the subway was right there, and I said hey, can I just buy you a sandwich? Went inside and the display was pretty clean, though I don’t remember indoor seating. I could be wrong. With a knowing smile, the server fixed the sandwich and allowed me to escape.

The cashier got extremely rude when I asked where their score card. She told me that they got 100, would I like to see it for proof. I said yes, then she waved me off and said she was too busy to get the score card. I believe I’ll eat where the score card is «clearly visible» instead of taking her word for it.

hmmmm,. well, let’s see… Processed meat, processed bread, processed«cheese», lettuce in plastic, tomato shaped objects(TSOs), occasionally dried-out carrot shreds. All slapped together quickly by people barely looking down. Pretty much a Subway. With the added advantage of long lines. Eat Fresh.. . Indeed.
