I have no idea what this guy before me is talking about– Steven is amazing! Honest– competent– reliable– I have been going to him for about 13 years and he never ever fails me. He’ll do preventative checks which spares the car any damage in the future– once he even told me ‘No you don’t need a tune up yet.’ And I took my car home– no charge! Who does that? No one! My husband thinks he’s great too– and the hubby is an excellent judge of character. So forget this other guys write up (I just happened upon this by accident and was quite shocked). Trust Steven to be straight forward with you– maybe that’s what this guy didn’t like– and to do the best he can with what you give him. Our mechanic for life! Mary

i’ll second the 1-​star. i don’t know if they’re sleazy or just incompetent. i took my car there for an oil change because it’s near my work, and i made the mistake of letting them do a tuneup. after the tuneup the car started running funny and spewing out white smoke periodically, but they had no idea of course. after a few days i figured out that the spark plugs they replaced were never gaped! hopefully it did not do too much damage to my engine.
i won’t take my car there even to refill the tires!

Typical sleaze dick mechanic. Told me one thing when I dropped my car off. Then called to tell me another. And when I come to pick it up it’s a completely different story I get to pay for. Which was not what I wanted complete in the first place.
