What should I say about star bucks everybody knows this terrific brand. They makes coffee well and smooth and with rich flavour which makes my mind awesome. As a member I love going frequently to have different varieties of coffee here. The best I love here is frappucino a of most of the flavours. Creamy cappuccino is terrific for me always.

Starbucks in SanFrancisco was great, friendly service with a smile, my drink was as delicious as I hoped it would be, that’s what’s nice about Starbucks is if your not satisfied with your drink they will remake your drink to your satisfaction! That’s a great way to keep your customers coming back for more… Good job Starbucks

I ordered the same iced coffee I’ve ordered at every Sbux in the Bay(venti iced coffee, black, with skinny vanilla and light ice) and I 1) get flack for«ordering wrong» 2) get an iced coffee with loaded with ice and with milk. This is a service industry — act like it.

There is a coffee shop everywhere in the FiDi and they are all busy. This one is a small location which has outside seating. The outside seating is covered which is nice because the last time I was there, it was raining cats and dogs. Hot cocoa with soy, no whip FTW!

I just witnessed something at this location that really impressed me. A street person came in, bought a coffee, and took a seat. He clearly smelled soaked in urine. A Starbucks employee quickly came out and told this customer that he could not stay inside because of his odor. The employee stood over the urine-soaked customer until he left. About time! A+++++++++!!!

This was my first visit to this location and I was completely underwhelmed by the staff. They seemed bored and frankly, a bit snarky. After asking if my espresso macchiato was decaf(believe me, I have to check because 1⁄5 times it’s not and has to be remade) I received a curt«yeah» and then as if I wasn’t standing within earshot, overheard three of the baristas deride me for asking. Then when I asked one member of the snarky bunch if she had a business card with a website address where I could leave a comment regarding the(bad) customer service I received, she curtly replied«no» and then advised me to leave a review on Unilocal. Thanks, I took your advice Ms. Sour Puss. Thankfully, there are two other Starbucks within a block, so I don’t have to be subjected to that sad crew of twenty somethings again. Or maybe I’ll give Philz my business. Choice is a wonderful thing!

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the embacadero-to-montgomery area, mostly because all of the workers are always nice and not annoyingly light with the hand when making drinks. Who wants to pay $ 5 for a cup mostly of ice? Their food case could be bigger and the store space is a strange, tight«L» shape. But the staff remind me of Starbucks’ San Francisco early days when service was always friendly and pleasant. Thanks guys.

The cashiers do not pay attention when you tell them something. I have a free drink in my card and I told the cashier this. She acknowledged it but did not enter it into the system. Guess what? I was charged for the drink. Starbucks intentionally doesn’t auto-deduct the free drinks from your card so they don’t have to give the drink to you. You have to tell the clerk every single time and some times the clerk doesn’t honor the free drink.

The lovely people who work at this Starbucks are what make it so great. It’s conveniently located right across the street from my office so I pop in every morning and honestly, I look forward to it! I imagine it’s not easy working at a Starbucks in the financial district, especially in the morning — but the staff here are amazingly upbeat and friendly. It also doesn’t hurt that they remember my name and drink every time I come in :) I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location if you’re in FiDi.

Time: 3:45PM. 62°. Sunny and warm After leaving Sprint on Kearny & Market and walking to Andersen’s Bakery, I issued a challenge to my husband and myself as to whether or not we can continue walking E/B on Market Street to the Ferry Building. However, as we walked along, we stopped in at this Starbucks. I like their s’more frappuccinos, so I ordered a grande. The service was quick and the barista was friendly and cheerful. Ambiance: Not as spacious as other Starbucks I have been to. To the right of the Market Street entrance are three small round tables and two chairs at each table. To the left is a chalkboard and the counter with napkins, straws, stirrers, cardboard coffee holders, etc. Line to the counter to order coffee, food, etc. is several steps down the aisle to the middle of facility. More seating in the back. Guesstimate as to maximum seating: 20 people. I’m giving this Starbucks a four star because I saw the funniest thing on their chalkboard re: their support of the Golden States Warriors(photo attached). Hey, I gotta put them on blast for the faux pas. It made my day to laugh that I have to ask myself, «FORREAL?» The other good thing about the location is one can do plenty of walking in either direction of Market Street — plenty to see and plenty to do.

Although I’m not a big coffee drinker, inevitably, I find myself at this Starbucks to meet with people. The Starbucks itself is nothing special but the location is convenient. Many coffee places in the area have extremely limited seating but this Starbucks has a good number of tables inside and outdoor. It is also adjacent to a plaza with lots of comfortable benches should the tables be occupied.

Worst«cappuccino» I have had in my life. As soon as I sprinkled a dash of spice on it, the whole thing deflated into a half-full latte. Learn how to make proper foam. In fact, the cappuccino was so bad that I actually dreamt about good coffee that night and vowed never to go to Starbucks again when I have the option of going elsewhere. I suppose that, in expecting SBUX to be able to compete with the high-end espresso drinks that abound in SF, I was going to the hardware store for milk. I am glad that I know that better coffee exists and what it should taste like, even if means paying more. Starbucks was only able to lure me in because of its rewards program, but 90% of the time going to SBUX is a waste of time AND money, given that the quality is horrible.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve had a good experience. I’m not a fancy type I usually will only order an iced caramel macchiato, or a small pastry item, so it’s hard to mess my orders up. The drinks I’ve gotten here have been consistent and the baristas have been nice to me. There seem to be about a million coffee choices in the city and this one at least is consistent. It has a few seats inside, but to the side of it I seem to always find a spot to sit and chill for a little. Definitely, a nice little cozy feeling to the spot!

Iv been in at least a half dozen times now and have a pretty good feel for this place now. More than anything I’m consistently surprised by how fast they move the line along. Granted I have a super easy drink(venti ice soy chai) so it’s not terribly hard to have it ready by the time i’m done ordering. However they manage to get everything out on the bar in good order seemingly no matter how many people order or what their drinks are. It says good things about their training and time-management skills. Everyone that works here is nice and more than a few really stand out with warm and personable interactions. The only thing I can’t attest to is the drink quality. Like I said, mine is super simple; a couple pumps of chai, ice, and soy milk — pretty hard to screw up. However, given the overall competence of everyone that i’ve run into so far, i’m sure the drinks are great.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, however not are all are equal. This was the first one in the city I’ve been to that have those cool power mats perfect for folks like me who’s phone is consistently dying. I haven’t seen these in the east bay yet but have a feeling they are going to be rolled about everywhere. So battery drainers rejoice! If you are in the city duck into a local Starbucks and charge your phone sans cord. However it looks like you must have a newer phone to work with the adapters they provide, all free of charge

THIS Starbucks gets a 5. The baristas are awesome and so is their speed in getting the coffee made. I’ve gone here a couple times and both times were great. 1st time the line was through the back and I’m used the going to the one at 333 market where their 2 lines and registers make it pretty efficient. But 455 surprised me with how fast they were able to tackle the line and still have every customer satisfied. I wish remember the name of the barista that made my Chai because he reminded me of the Baristas at Noe Valley SF. He, without missing a beat, welcomed everyone coming and knew most of their names. Just what I needed for a Friday morning. Thanks Giorgi, I think that was his name.

This is my GO-TO Starbucks when I go to work. Around 7am there might be a small line but it moves quickly, which is great for me when I need coffee fast and the employees are very nice. One of the baristas knows me/my order pretty well and doesn’t spell my name wrong/give me the wrong name(I mean, Constance sounds nothing like Austin… I’m also a lady!). The outdoor seating is great for people watching, even when it’s cold out, and the tables and chairs are clean. The inside is smaller then most stores and long but I feel they make the most of their space! I will return time and time again to this Starbucks because the service is great, they have the card scanner for Passbook, my name is spelled correctly, and it’s super close to my building(525 Market).

The stores moves pretty quick. I can’t say it’s the friendliest, slamming down cups with no name calling in a rush as all guests scramble to see if it’s finally their ordered beverage. Not good ‘Bucks, not good. With that being said, this isn’t a horrible store. The place is always clean and heavily restocked so you’ll never run out of napkins, sugar, etc. Just be ready for a morning/mid day/after work rush.
