Starbucks

Josh was very rude. We were the only ones in line so I’m not sure why he was rushing us but he cut my friend and I off twice before we could finish our order. He told us the price after she ordered and when I started to tell him my drink he rolled his eyes and sighed as if he didn’t want to take the entire order. It was seriously only two drinks.

I didn’t like this Starbucks at all, way too small, wasn’t clean and the coffee did not taste great. There are much better ones around to go to.

I ask and pay for soymilk with no whip cream. She make my drink but as she’s asking me about my hair she puts whip cream on it. Then when she has to make my entire drink over why. Because I’m allergic to whip cream. The other variant hands me my pecan tart ok but it’s not warmed what’s going on. I know it’s early on the morning but wake up people

Poor service. Food is always cold. Drinks are not made to order. I gave this place three tries and that’s it. One gal there that was very sweet, loud and fun haven’t seen her in a while. That’s the only reason why I went there.

The establishment is very busy. A huge challenge to manage. As the location may well be the busiest in San Francisco. Still the team there gets the job done. And they maintain a smile while so doing. Yes I have had to wait longer than I would like to. But o well. They can only move so fast, and I might add its still rare to have to wait. The food is always on point, bagels fresh, the Salmon lox delicious, the Brownie very tasty and yes the coffee-​high quality fresh.

Probably the fastest location in the Union square area. I don’t go here too often now since its out of my way to work. But when I go their friendly and fast no matter how long the line is.

I don’t need attitude in the morning right off the bat for your mistake.
I get the same drink every time I go to a Starbucks and never have issues with my drink.
Cashier was straight rude from the beginning to end (From paying for my drink to telling her the drink was wrong).

Poor service. Mess up make order and the girl who place my order said that I didn’t say it correctly. Terrible service. Need to me to pay again for not charging me the correct amount. Didn’t say sorry or anything just said it’s me who didn’t say my order correctly when placing order. When I tell the girl that make the drink that they mess up my drink she said took it and be quite and pour it. Didn’t even say sorry. This is the worst and terrible Starbucks I been. Will not recommend people to go and get coffee and definitely will not go back to this Starbucks forever.

I rarely go, but had gift cards and thought to use them at this location. With 5 people behind the counter following a system to relay food orders. Drink was served quickly, but a lot of waiting around at the end of the bar for a single croissant. Seemed overly complicated or someone isn’t paying attention. Don’t think I’ll be back.

today i went this starbucks. i am working at the hotel and ordered coffee for my friend after my break to bring him. and i said to cashier if i can get a extra cup and poor milk that another cup for the coffee because i wasnt sure how much milk my friends want in the coffee and i explained to cashier with detail. He charged me for milk and i said you can charge for extra cup but not for milk i have room for milk and i can get milk free for my order. He said no mam sorry about that i need to charge for everything. What a rude person he didnt even listened what i said! I wanted to talk the manager he said sure and went inside, he came back with full cup of milk. i said i dont need that much then she gave me like at the picture. He just ruined my day! Also manager couldnt move his a. and come to speak with me! 0 starr!!!

This review is about a worker, moreso than the establishment. While, this location was mad hectic for a hot second. The barista Jacky was on POINT!!! He was the only person mixing drinks for about 15 mins. although there were PLENTY of other workers «doing something or another». And, man he was handling HOT & COLD orders. He must really enjoy his job, bcuz he didn’t have an attitude or anything. Truthfully speaking, looking at an endless line of cup I may have stepped outside of my professionalism. Just for a quick second, lol. I don’t normally come here, but, I would if he was making my drink I’ll return. BIG KUDOS JACKY!!!

This is one of my regular Starbucks stop. I come here for my pre-​workout and/​or post-​workout caffeine boost

The only thing is, there are only 8 seats here, so this spot is perfect for grab-​and-​go. But if u wanna sit down, have coffee with a friend, one has to gotta be patient

I really want to like this Starbucks but…
The last 5 times I purchased my iced coffee here, they were all watered down and bland. It was fairly close to drinking just the half and half in my cup. The employees here are very nice and professional, but I may have to stop coming to this location due to the iced coffee quality.
Having said that, I have had great experiences with the beverages in the past.
I’ll take the average of all experiences.

Coffee full of grinds, see picture #8. Don’t want to go again. I drank it with a full mouth of sands like feeling, open the lid it is full of bean grains, they know it and still serve it…

A very tiny Starbucks on Market St, but a very convenient location. Service is quick and prompt. Surprisingly it wasn’t overly crowded, but could imagine it would be in certain times due to the foot traffic surroundings.

I came here because it’s so close to my work. It was good when others baristas used to work there. Now, they are famous for their awful bad customer service, all my 200+ coworkers agree to this. Bad experience didn’t happen just once. What happened today got me to write about it.
At this store at 3:05pm,
1. I was in line, two ppl ahead of me but no one was at the register.
2. The Asian lady (I believe her name is Emily? Excuse me if I am wrong), she has no smile but just shitty attitude (all the time). I didn’t want to say thank you to her because she doesn’t know how to say thank you nor she deserves it. I told her not to put any syrup in my green tea frapuccino, she wrote it on the cup, but this is what happened…
3. The blonde hair pumped all the syrups in there. I saw her did it so I was nicely asked her if she was making it for me. Yup it was! Then she got mad and dumped drink and blender into the sink very hard. I was sitting at the wooden counter but she had to yell at my name so loud. Couldn’t she just hand it to me since she already knew that it was for me? I saw her expression. She was angry. Picked up my drink and left.
I paid to enjoy not all these bullshit. That is it.

I needed to review the chocolate caramel muffin I had because it was that good! The bits of crunchy salt on top was perfect. It was chocolate heaven with delicious caramel in the middle and on top. Amazing! And I like the new flan latte too

Fast and located in the right place.
On a morning if you’re caught in a long commute, and there is an online meeting to make, this is a great option. Open to the street, directly over the Powell Street BART station, with counter seating and wifi, in a minute or two you can be at work.
The lines in the morning are insanely long, but a little patience goes a long way. The line actually moves quickly as the baristas are able to keep up with the rush, and they always maintain a cheerful attitude.
Prices are the same as every other downtown Starbucks.

Perfect place to catch up on some work between meetups with the free wifi. i got the big table to myself cuz it was not that crowded. Friendly staff. Fun to people watch on market street, and sometimes the crazies come in to hang out but it just makes it all the more entertaining to watch.

Closest Starbucks to work. There’s normally always a line, but for the most part, it moves pretty fast. Location is small. They don’t have a lot of seating if you’re looking to hang out. Try another location if you wanna lounge and use their wifi.
My main complaint is no matter how many times I order a dry cappuccino, I always ended up with a latte. Now I like my espresso super strong, so I always order a triple or quad tall dry cappuccino. Either they are not putting all my shots in or they are pouring a lot of milk in my drink cuz it tastes like coffee flavored milk. Gross! After adding two shots to a drink you’d think it’d be stronger than that!
