Standard Sheet Metal is top-​notch! My company has utilized their services a few times now for all types of metal work and every time they deliver the best product I have seen throughout the bay area. From start to finish they are great with understanding our needs, abiding by a budget, and getting the work done quickly. They will always be our go to guys for all of our metal needs. I’m guessing they are just trying to chase me away because this project is too small, but the price they quoted is insane. The price I found elsewhere: $ 200. The price they quoted, $ 2600.

I wish I was able to find these guys sooner!
I wanted to have a stainless steel piece fabricated into a backsplash to protect the 2 walls around my oven and gas range. After a long search, I was forwarded to Michael at Standard Sheet Metal by a local machine shop. I gave Michael the dimensions, and quoted me same day. I brought a piece of stainless steel I already had in to their shop. (NOTE: you don’t need to buy your own, it’s just that I originally bought it per a handy man’s instructions and half the places I contacted prior to Standard Sheet didn’t have the metal on hand. Standard Sheet has everything you need!) And the job was done in less than 2 days.
Great experience, and Michael the owner was great and answered all of my questions.
