I took an SFO Shuttle bus from Pier 39 back to my hotel. The shuttle was run complementary for the hotels in the area, which was very convenient. But what made this company stand out was their services after I was dropped off. I realized I had dropped my phone in the shuttle bus, and was desperately trying to contact the company. No one had the driver’s contact information, and it was the last shuttle for the week. I finally emailed the CEO from the company website, and his response was amazing. Not only did he have one of his managers check the bus on a sunday, him and his team found the phone and had it shipped it out the very next day. I didn’t need to ask for them to keep me updated — I was getting an email with an update as soon as it happened. It was a level of service and courtesy I did not expect from a shuttle bus company, and I think they would bring the same level of commitment and integrity to their everyday services.
