The Viking Soccer league is really the only soccer league in San Francisco. I played in this league for about 12 years, from recreational soccer to their traveling teams. Playing soccer as part of this club as probably one of my favorite childhood pastimes.
The club is extremely well organized, and accessible, in all my time playing with them I never had a single complaint (other than of course when we lost… but that wasn’t their fault)
For all the rec levels they provide trophies, which as a kid is one of the coolest things ever… but as you get older they do just sit in a box in your parents house somewhere.
