Attention all foodies! The San Francisco magazine’s Fallfest is every foodie’s little piece of heaven on Earth. I don’t even know where to begin with this review because this experience totally overwhelmed me. First of all, this festival celebrates some of the Bay Area’s best restaurants, wines, and spirits. Depending on what type of ticket you get, you may or may not get a wine glass upon entry. Then, you start your journey… get ready to eat boys and girls! There were 8 tents set up, with about 12 or so different restaurants/wineries for each tent. Many of them are already extremely well known institutions, but there are also some that are up and coming. Servings are usually bite-size hors d’oeuvres or samples of soups. Of course, the wineries also give you a small tasting of their best wines. MAKESUREYOUPACEYOURSELF!!! I was filled to my neck by the time I was done with my round. There are also tents set up throughout the place for demonstrations, shows, competitions, discussions, etc. How can you not have an amazing time with great food, music, wines, spirits, and did I mention the Blue Angels were flying around as well? It’s Fleet Week here in SF! Prices are a bit steep($ 95 a head), and you may get discounts if you are a Unilocaler. But it was so worth it! You get full access to everything you see! It’s truly an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back again next year! Here are a couple of business cards I picked up because their presentation was so awesome!
