Seniore’s Pizza

Good pizza, excellent service, perfect place if you need something relatively quick and tasty :)

This was the meal that proves to me that Unilocal’s ratings are fixed. Decided to try this place because of the 4-​star rating. On a good day this place is a solid 3-​stars. That’s what I would have given if the delivery hadn’t shown up ice cold and late (1:15 after I ordered). This place sucks and Unilocal’s rating system is obviously fixed. Giving them 4-​stars is an insult to all the great 4 and 4.5 star pizza spots in SF.

I used to order late night pizza all of the time from Chico’s. Seniore’s Pizza is way different. It’s quite a lot thicker than your standard pizza, and the crust tastes amazing.
The delivery person always arrives promptly and has never been late. When I’m in dire need of food, I can count on Seniore’s.
It’s quite interesting that they’ve got burgers and fries as well. I haven’t tried them yet, but I probably will soon.
My suggestions are to order the Jalapeño Poppers and Baja Chicken Pizza. That’s what I get every time and it never disappoints! Add Sriracha onto each bite and you’re spot on.

Made to order single pizza? Yes please!
This place really exceeded my expectations. I was expecting to come here and have them hand me a single slice that’s already been cooked but just sitting under a burner but no, my pizza was made on the spot. It’s in a great neighborhood and the place itself is very clean and tidy. I ordered the Kings special and damn, it was good! The crust was seriously perfect; crispy and just the right amount of thickness. The toppings didn’t fall off the pizza nor did it make the crust soggy. I def will come back to try to Hawaiian.

Stumbled upon this gem of a place initially just to use the bathroom. (You know how it is in the city when you’ve been walking around all day. Lol.) My cousin saw they had deep fried Oreos on their menu and he bought a couple. I bought a chicken pesto pizza for us as well. Both were delicious. The deep friend Oreos weren’t too oily and the pizza was filling. I see that they deliver as well and if I lived in the city I would take advantage of this place.

This is a solid pizzeria with quick pizza-​to-​mouth time. Seniore’s load up on the toppings and is definitely not a dollar-​slice pizza place, where often even a mouse would have trouble finding the cheese on a cheese slice.
Even though the crust is baked to perfection, the pizza itself is often not hot enough. You know when you bite into a slice and draw strings of cheese out? I haven’t had that once at Seniore’s, but I have nuked my slice for 15 seconds to get that effect.
Lastly Seniore’s has a great 2 slices/​2-​toppings for $ 6; you get to choose from about 12 different toppings and the best part is that the two slices don’t have to have the same 2 toppings. I recommend getting ground beef + sundried tomatoes and chicken + mushrooms

Very happy with the food I got, and the delivery was fast

Delivery was super fast at least. We ordered fried calamari, mozzarella sticks, and their special pizza. The pizza was anything but special. It was okay, but far from worth its price. Pizza hut tastes better. The batter on the mozzarella sticks and calamari, for lack of a better word, tasted stale. The calamari was poor quality and most of it was the terrible batter. And finally, the mozzarella wasn’t fresh at all. Yuck. $ 50 wasted.

This is honestly the most LIT pizza spot I’ve ever been to!
New Year’s Day. 3:40AM: We got outta the cab and there was a crowd outside. We thought the line was out the door… Turns out that some dude thought he was better than God and decided to talk shit… WRONG! He got knocked out and was bleeding all over the concrete in front of the door.
After stepping over his head, we got inside and placed our order… The next 30 minutes were the most interesting 30 minutes of my life. Keep in mind I’m a sailor and I’ve see some serious shit.
I witnessed some asshole steal another parties pizza and the completely mock them while eating it!
It’s busy and the phone is ringing off the hook, customer in line reaches over counter to phone and answers it, writes down phone customers order and hands it to a employee.
2 minutes pass and the server calls out a name. An obese lady emerges from the shadows and heads to the counter. She spends the next 4 minutes and 37 seconds yelling at the staff. No one understands what she’s yelling about… But she eventually leaves with food. I make awkward eye contact with her and the only thing I can do is smile. BOY DID I FUCK UP! She looks over at me and says, «choke on a bag of dicks!» I smile kindly… And reply… «But I don’t like dicks…».
Our name finally gets called… We ordered a XLG pizza, they had a LG pizza for us… But the experience was the most awesome experience of my life. We took the LG pizza and enjoyed the fuck out of it. I’ll come back here every day of the year.

I didn’t technically eat here, but the interaction I witnessed between this place and my friends who ordered delivery was nothing short of amazing.
At 1:45ish this morning, my friend Carol ordered a medium pizza — half onions, half mushroom. After an hour of waiting for delivery and understandably hangry, she and a few of my other friends called up to check on the status of the pizza. Just wait another 15 minutes, they said. Their driver had gone to the complete other side of San Francisco to deliver another pizza and we were next. When it finally showed up, it wasn’t half mushrooms and half onions, but both smattered all over the friggin pie. My friends called up management to express their «what gives?» frustration and demand a refund. After a few minutes of arguing, my friend insisted they send another pizza free of charge, asking for just onions on the whole pizza. Granted, none of us wanted just onions, but at this point, we were locked in a war of principle.
Cut to 15 minutes later. Our apology pizza arrives at the door and we’re ready for part 2 of our feast. We peel open the box… Just mushroom on the whole pizza.
Bravo, Seniore’s. This round of passive aggressive pizza warfare goes to you. 5 stars.

(I got delivery) chicken strips were great but didn’t come with honey mustard — just ranch :(
Fried ravioli was really weird– the outer edges tasted like just kind of like uncooked pasta. The centers were moist/​fine just not what I think of when I think of deep fried ravioli. I think of breaded/​soft/​visually similar to a mozzarella stick.

My sister had chicken strips that she liked — chicken strips are not as easy as you would think. They often taste cheap and soggy. She said these were good and crunchy.
They close at 3am. The food is always piping hot. Annnnd they usually deliver faster than they quote.

We have ordered delivery twice and both experiences were poor. The driver was more than 30 minutes late compared to the confirmed delivery time each night we ordered. The second time we ordered the driver wouldn’t even come to the door to deliver – he made me meet him at his car.
Beyond the poor delivery experience, the food is average. I might be more forgiving if the pizza was great late night pizza, but it’s not even close to other little pizza shops like Chico’s. I probably won’t order from Seniore’s again when there are other options around with better service.

I’ve been going to Seniore’s since they’ve opened. Ordered a variety of different types of pizzas, pasta (don’t do it), and desserts. Pick Up and Delivery.
I do notice that delivery is pretty quick (sometimes quicker than ordering at the counter). However, I live a block and a half away. Lazy evening and nights when I don’t want to leave the house, it’s pretty perfect.
But my go to: Fingerlickin’ Good Chicken Pizza (literally) and a slice of Chocolate Cake. I never order desserts from ‘pizzerias’ however, this is by far one of the best chocolate cakes I ever had compared to $$$$ restaurants. For $ 3.99, why not try it?
It’s not the traditional ‘thin slice’ but rather thick crust and tower high with toppings. I’m not complaining as a slice is perfect for a meal and leftovers popped in the oven are just as good.

I stopped by to get a quick dinner before heading back to San Jose. I ordered a slice of the King Special which has spinach, artichoke, pesto, chicken, olives and feta cheese. I opted out of the feta cheese. I wish I ordered a small pizza instead of a slice!
I think if a pizza place has really good pizza dough, then I’m a fan. I loveeee the pizza dough at Seniore’s. When I took my first bite, you can hear the crunch because the pizza dough on the bottom was cooked really well in the oven. There is a good ratio of pizza dough to pizza sauce and cheese.
This place also stays open hecka late. Definitely my go-​to place for late night food or whenever I want pizza in the city.

House pizza had a great thick, chewy crust smothered with plenty of fresh toppings. It’s a hefty and satisfying pizza pie. The small will definitely serve 2 people.
Cheese ravioli was average pre-​made quality… tastes good but nothing special. The bolognese sauce it was covered with was hard core though – loads of fresh tomato, minced garlic, and ground beef flavor. Tasted like mama made it fresh this morning and simmered it all day.
Delivery on Saturday evening was pretty slow… Ordered via Eat24 at 7pm, arrived at 8:20pm. Restaurant profile said 45 – 60 minutes, but as soon as I ordered I was notified they were busy and it would take 75 min.
Overall, delicious and great value. Generous portions, no fuss, solid prices, free delivery. Will order both items again.

Stopped in to get two slices during my stay at the Metro Hotel. The special on the window for 2 slices 2 toppings for $ 6.99 drew me in. I ended up buying speciality slices so I believe I paid about $ 8.50. The slices here a re large, hot, fresh and delicious. We also tried the wing and fry combo and that was just as great. And as a plus the service was quick and friendly.

Came in yesterday, since the line at the bean bag café was so long, and i’m glad it was. First off, the customer service here is great, these people actually like their job.
Now onto the food, since my first review was for pizza, i was craving a cheeseburger, so i ordered to go, my friend ordered the chicken parm. The burger was dericious and my friend woofed the chicken parm down, and it was huge and everything was made to order. The mc donalds like fries could’ve been more deep fried, tho’.
I was skeptical about getting a burger from a pizza joint, but now other than NOPA, this is my go to burger joint.
