Don’t buy into the lies. The sales dept. told us everything a customer wants to hear, but the claims dept. doesn’t do shit. I was on the phone about 3 yes 3 hours trying to get my kitchen faucet fixed. They scheduled a plumber to come out, the company arrived on time and were very courteous. How ever my faucet was only leaking and by the time the plumber left i had a completely broken faucet. NORUNNINGWATERINMYKITCHENFOR5DAYS and still currently don’t have running water in my kitchen. Sear told my they are NOT responsible or liable for damage that the business they sent to my house caused. I can’t get a manager on the phone, I am told someone at some point will call back but they don’t know who or when. We went with sears for customer service and name. Do not be fooled THEYSUCKBIGTIME. They sold us a home warranty for«piece of mind» STILLWAITING for my piece of mind. This home warranty is a piece of shit. better off starting a saving account. example if my $ 2500.00 frig breaks and they can’t fix it they will max out at $ 1000.00. even though the sales people market it if we cant fix it we will replace it. BULLSHIT. if they agree to replace it they will credit with a: BUILDERSSTANDARD” I asked for a defination from all 6 people in my 3 hour conversation 2 people told me out right they don’t know to google it, 2 people instisted on reading there script never defining the term in there contract and the other 2 insisted it was what a builder would use in new construction. So I asked for a further explaniation and they just kept repeating the same phrase. SOSEARS employees can NOTDEFINETHETERMINALOGYINTHEREOWNCONTRACT. Every claim has been a nightmare. So still no running water in my kitchen for 5 days and who knows before Sears will get there head out of there ass. I am glad i am with in the 30 day cancellation becacuse these mofo’s are gonna give me a FULL refund or holy hell will rain down from the desert. SEARSSUCKS
