I’ve seen a variety of therapists for individual, couples, group counseling over my many years (I’m 54.) I’ve been seeing Jan for a good long while now and can assure you she is tops in all respects befitting a great psychotherapist. Kind, warm and nurturing, she has a great deal of insight, but doesn’t just «hand over the answers,» as it were. She’s a straight shooter and her maturity in the profession is both readily apparent, and remains so after so many years of working together. Our work together has been the basis for a tremendous amount of personal insight and growth, and a lifeline to help keep my head above water.
