San Francisco Laser Clinic

It’s been 5 years since I had my laser treatments, and I have to say the hair didn’t grow back until late last year and it’s only a small patch. My issues are hormonal so some regrowth was expected. However, they are the only laser clinic I’ve been to that had a laser that kept it off for any period of time. I’ve been to 3 total and the other two the hair regrew immediately.

This medi-​spa is elegant and has a small feeling to it which I liked as the staff really were so nice and professional and everyone was so knowledgeable about the business of skin. There prices were incredibly competitive and many of the services were provided by the Doctor himself. They spent a considerable amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and making me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to do Laser Hair Removal or Botox or any of the cosmetic services they offer. I had LHR and Botox and the difference is amazing. Bonnie and Dr. Spina were great !

I started going here for some laser hair removal treatments at $ 120 per session. It’s not cheap but I thought they would be worth it. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional. If I were only Unilocaling my first 4 visits, I would have given this place 4 stars since they are great, getting back to you quickly to re-​schedule and remind you of appointment times, etc. But on my 5^th visit, the laser power was too strong or something and my skin ended up getting burned, it hurt, I had hyperpigmentation blotches for a few months and only after contacting (email and phone) the clinic twice, did someone finally get back to me to talk to me about my issues. That’s why they only get one star.
So if your skin is perfect and nothing goes wrong, then this place is great. But just hope nothing goes awry because then they don’t call you back or care about you since they have your money already. I saw the doctor briefly one time when I was in the office and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Nice to know I forked over $ 500 to them and helped pay for his nice dinners, only to be ignored and burned.
