Sam Anton is an incredible trainer. I started doing the Gyrotonic workout about 9 months ago and it has changed my life. Generally, I abhor working out. This workout, though, I never want to give up. It includes a combination of stretching and deep muscle work. I don’t even break a sweat, so I can go straight to the office after my workout, but I feel it deep in my muscles for days afterward. Sam is the best. She’s extremely patient. She gives lots of positive reinforcement and is constantly changing the exercises so it never gets boring. Also, the studio is a really wonderful environment. I have never liked the«gym vibe.» To me it’s too intimidating and feels very competitive. Sam’s studio is small. Only a handful of people can workout at a time and everyone trains one-on-one, so it has a really friendly atmosphere. If you’re looking for a workout you can feel good doing and really stick to, I can’t recommend Sam Anton enough!

I’m not gonna lie, I’m not a fan of: working-out: or anything even remotely exercise like, where you sweat. Hell, I don’t even like to walk. I like my heels. I knew my body needed something from wearing the heels pretty much 24⁄7. I wanted something easy and that was going to strengthen muscles in the places that didn’t seem to be working and stop working the muscles that were over compensating. In other words my hamstrings and abs did not fire and my back and quads did all the work with little to no motion in my hips. This makes for that supreme melted barbie look, in the back. ugg. Enter Samantha… Knowledgeable, poised, professional and she knows how to make every minute of our work together count. I’m 8 sessions in and I’m seeing the results that I want. I even feel better and 2 inches taller every time I pay a visit for the special attention I receive from Samantha to over come my body challenges. So bah bye melted barbie thighs and abs, And Hello younger, full range, feel taller, clothes fit better body with no weird getting old pain! I started working with Samantha over a month ago, and have never felt better! I am the worst when it comes to getting to a gym to work out, so to have a personal trainer who pushes me in all the right ways while training my paraspinal muscles to support my spine, has been phenomenal. Gyrotonic is an amazing system that works to streamline your body and improve overall function. Samantha is extremely professional and knowledgable in what she does. Her professional dancing experience makes her that much more powerful as a Gyrotonic instructor. If you struggle with your posture, or need help strengthening your body, look no further. Samantha does it all and can work with people on any level!

Gyrotonics is the real thing. It’s not a type of work out where you will sweat, rather it’s a mix of strength training on machines with stretching tendons and muscles. For years I’ve had a stiff low back and tight hips. I’ve done 3 sessions with Samantha and I already feel looser and taller. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about proper posture and body mechanics. And because it’s personal training I have seen very positive, fast results. Thank you, thank you

I have been working with Samantha for almost a year now, after being a Gyrotonics fan for over four years. Having worked with many instructors across the city, Samantha is definitely my favorite. She is always cheerful and patient, while me maintaining a no-nonsense attitude that keeps me in check on my laziest days. Each session, Sam puts together a fresh combination of exercises that stretch and tone, rarely leaving me sore or sweaty. The past months have shown a major change in my body with added strength and flexibility. I love working with Sam and recommend her daily to my friends and clients.

I have never been one to attend a yoga or pilates class but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try a Gyrotonics class with Samantha(referred from a friend) I really liked the class! She asked up front what kind of intensity level I wanted(ie. relaxing, intense work out, working on range of motion etc). She was really calm and very knowledgable on techniques and constantly switched up her positions. She has helped with my posture as well as gave me an awesome burn! The machine looks intimidating because it has so many knobs and pulleys, but she walks you through it all and you quickly become confident using it. I definitely recommend going to Samantha; not only is she a great instructor who caters to each client differently, but she is also very friendly and personable that you always feel like you are being taught by a friend
