These guys are good but VERY expensive. Had them come out to fix one noisy radiator and the total came to nearly $ 400. Labor alone was $ 300 and this was not a difficult job. Just replacement of two parts. Like others have written, they are professional and know what they are doing, but be prepared to pay dearly for it.

Called and spoke with Tim, within a couple hours Mario was at my house and finished the work quickly. They were very courteous and friendly and I’m planning to work with them again whenever I need help with my boiler/​steam radiators.

These guys are experts! Our condo building switched to using Reichel as our main boiler maintenance/​repair and they have far exceeded expectations. Mario has serviced our building and he is knowledgeable, prompt, polite and and expert!

These guys do an excellent work when it comes to dealing with boilers and radiators. Quick, efficient AND they are on call 247. In addition, Deigo has always been friendly and super helpful! 5 stars!
