Used to go to this Radio Shack location a lot. Bought a video camera here because I didn’t have one. It was a great video camera. I had a good experience here. I am sad that this location closed. I really enjoyed Radio Shack.

I got the iphone through Virgin (very cheap no contract plan, if you can plunk down the cost of phone) and Chuck helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with a friendly smile. I just finished talking to him over the phone cause I had follow up questions and, true to form, he was still very helpful and cheefy.
He mentioned he’ll be moving to a new store. Best of Luck!
Entered to get a replacement cord for my TV. At the front desk was an Asian lady who appeared to be a manager of some sort. The other worker was engaged with another customer so I waited for 10 minutes while the presumed manager stood be hind the register and argued with AT&T about not being charged for cancelling her personal cell phone prior to the 2 year contract commitment. She didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I was finally helped by the guy when he became available. Poor customer service.
HEY RADIO SHACK maybe this is yet another reason why you’re quickly becoming a thing of the past.
4 stars for the guy who finally helped me; negative 4 stars for the lady behind the counter for a grand total of a 1 star experience.
