If I could only give them no stars. I just visited this branch because I wanted a quick snack. I went inside and there was only one person working. She said hold on il take your order in a second. I waited for about 10mins. She did not even ask me my order so she could get started on it. She only asked me what I wanted after she had finished the previous order and they picked it up at the counter. She was making me buy $ 10 worth of food in order yo avoid a 50cent charge for using a card. But i just wanted my drink. I ordered a taro milktea with boba. When did boba cost 79 cents extra?! Thats ridiculous. There was a «promo» going on that taro milktea was $ 2.75. But my drink ended up being like $ 4 – 5. Then I ordered pop dogs. which is basically mini corn dogs. I have them all the time at the westborough branch. I got my orders fairly quickly. Almost as if she was in a hurry. I could not sip my drink. The boba were all bunched together. The pop dogs were hot on the outside but fucking cold on the inside. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS BRANCH! I warn everyone who lives near by. What a waste of $ 10. Not worth the wait or money!

I called for a delivery but they said the car was broken so I had to pick-​up and even if I was sick I agreed because I was really craving for milktea and chicken wings. The woman said it’ll be ready for pick up in 20mins, perfect! I live 10mins away and got there 20mins after calling them and entered the store 15mins after looking for parking. And tadahhh… they haven’t started prepping my order! They were an asian couple, I assumed, pointed at each other blamed each other for not doing my order. The husband pointed to the wife that she forgot to do it, forgot? After talking to me on the phone? BS! And the wife told him to shut up! The bottom line, they didn’t trust me that I’ll really come for my order. Then why advertise that you deliver or customers can call ahead and pick up? This place and this couple that runs this SUCK, BIG TIME! BEWARE…

This Quickly’s branch is seriously a SHAME to the franchise. This is the most disgusting one I have ever been to. Generally, Quickly’s gets the standards right. This one is just — disgusting. Do NOT waste your money on the «food» here. It is literally crap and you will regret it.
I truly wish I had read this comments before ordering. Someone posted a photo of their popcorn chicken & I have to be a witness to say that it was NOT a «one time thing.» That is exactly what I received too! I guess that is how they make their chicken — inedible, overcooked, and just plain hard. I’m not sure if this it was really old or recooked chicken (or both). Either way, what they served us was not food. We had to toss it out because it was just SO bad.
The «fried chicken wing» was not fried. It was actually soft. I don’t know why it was called «fried.» The boba tea also is LOADED with sugar (despite me requesting semi-​sweet). I don’t want to know how sweet the normal sugar-​level is.
I ordered via Eat24 and the restaurant refused to refund this item. How dare this restaurant claim that it was «food.»
Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

I gave this place 1 STAR because I worked the egg Puffs 3 different times, hopeing that 1 time the just might not burn them but nope it never fails. Lol this place is total garbge. The drinks or okay but not all that. Also the pop corn chicken is nasty dont try it.
So the only reason i even tried this place is because i live probably 2 mins away from this place. So it aucks having to drive 15 mins away to Westborough Quickly’s and this place is fair better. There food is like 9 out of 10 and there drinks are 10 out of 10, And their Egg Puffs and popcorn chicken both reall good they are both 8 out of 10.

First of all they were 40 minutes late from when their email stated. When I commented on him being late he stated that he had to drive from San Francisco, then why offer delivery if you can meet your deadlines? I didn’t realize this was a Chinese style restaurant. I ordered teriyaki chicken bento, what I got was breaded and deep fried chicken strips with teriyaki sauce sprinkled on. Also ordered fried calamari, it was cooked to death and with so much breading you could not find the calamari. Both items were cold upon delivery and spicy which I had not requested. Lastly I thought I ordered chocolate pudding but what I got was very sweet caramel drink which I dumped down the drain. I threw out the calamari and only ate a small portion of the «teriyaki chicken»! These people should not be in business, especially as a franchise partner. Never again!

For a bubbletea store in outer Mission area, this couldn’t get any better! Yes, I ordered a Jasmin milk tea, and I pretty much enjoyed my drink!

Terrible place… the pop corn chicken is supersuper dry, drinks are too sweet dont waste money

Ordered w/​Eat 24 and made specific instructions to CALL before delivery. The driver didn’t follow this note and rang the doorbell. On another note, he spoke only Chinese to me and gave me an additional bag of food that I DID NOT order. I reviewed the receipts and gave it back. Apparently. It was a cancelled order that he was trying to sell for $ 10!!! So inappropriate and the most annoying experience. I made a complaint via Eat 24 and found out that they DO NOT employ their drivers, so the drivers are actually directly from the establishment itself. Never order food from here, especially delivery. No wonder why the past order got cancelled. Horrible.

No star at all!!! Do not order from this store ever!!! I ordered online using eat24 and they delivered in 1.5 hours, my tiger milk tea snow was melted, lobster ball is already cold!!! My deep fried oreo is stone cold!!!

Deserves no stars!!! Wish I read the reviews before I made an online order through eat 24. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for my online order. How long does it take to make a boba drink? And then I get a call asking to come outside to get the order??? Excuse me?
Wow we called this guy back to let him know he didn’t even give the right straw for the boba drink. After we tried explaining and justifying why we should be refunded he said «f** you» and hung up. WOWWWWWWW!!! How can you make a forma complaint against this place???

Still waiting after 2 hours for the food I ordered for delivery. Delivery guy came and left in a hurry. He left before I could check what was in the bag. Completely wrong order. Had grubhub call them, and they sent out the right order. I ordered at 4:30PM, I received the correct order at 8PM.

Whoever took my online order of a lot of chili powder on my popcorn chicken and chili powder on the side– you rock! U did it perfectly!
The delivery was very long, 1 hour+, but the delivery guy was cool so I wasn’t mad about it.
I ordered the popcorn chicken online via eat24 along with avocado snow with large boba. I was very satisfied, it was delicious.
Most of the quickly locations I know only accept cash and never even considered delivery as an option, so knowing this one accepts card and delivers! Totally awesome.

Terrible delivery, abysmal food. Even as hungover as I am right now, I can’t eat the food they FINALLY delivered to me. My dog doesn’t even want it.
I ordered popcorn chicken and fries at 9:20am. It was supposed to be delivered in 30 – 40 minutes but ultimately took over an hour. And the restaurant is a two minute drive from my house! They don’t even answer their phone — in fact, it’s actually just the delivery guy’s cell phone number.
I needed salty food, badly, but this is inedible. I don’t know how you mess up chicken this horribly. It’s actually unclear if this «popcorn chicken» is, in fact, chicken. It’s dry and thin and chewy and dark colored and disgusting. The fries are fine but kind of cold. They are clearly a pre-​made, pre-​packed item that Quickly just has to fry. Seriously. My dog doesn’t even want to eat this chicken. Maybe it’s cat meat. Who knows…
I may order the fries again if I’m SUPER desperate and there’s literally nothing else to eat. Otherwise, definitely avoid the chicken. Gross.

I never typically resort to Quickly but because they were on EAT24, I chose staying in my PJ’s and ordering mediocre food, over getting dressed to pick up decent boba.
There’s a $ 25 minimum charge for delivery, which the only reason I ordered: popcorn chicken bowl, sesame ball dessert, Jasmine milk tea and eggettes.
Popcorn chicken bowl — the chicken was bland and soaked in old oil. The rice was way overcooked and mushy.
Sesame ball dessert — half way decent, but the balls were filled with red bean, not black sesame.
Jasmine milk tea — tasted like pure sugar and milk. After reading reviews about people finding ants in their drinks, I threw my drink away immediately.
Eggettes — incredibly doughy and under cooked. I’ve never had bad eggettes, until now.
I threw away 90% of the food. Bottom line — DO NOT go here, period. Such a waste of money.

Great Drinks, Fried Calamari is a MUST!

So upset on this one. Waited for 2 hours and 30 mins to get my orders delivered. I only ordered 6 drinks. The guy who delivered told me he was the only one working and he said he was busy. I will never order from this quickly anymore. I’ll rather just drive down by tanforan. If I wasn’t working I would have just drove to the one close to my work.

Before the boba craze and all these other shops emerged, Quickly’s location used to be the «go to» place. Although I was a regular at the Westlake location, I used to feel so fortunate that this one was a about a 15 minute walk from my house. Not to mention that they delivered. And when they delivered, I always felt like the coolest kid, because c’mon… Boba at your doorstep!!!
–1 Ambiance: This place isn’t a Quickly’s you could stop and chill at. They have a few tables and bar seating against the window, but they’re ill-​maintained.
–1 Food/​Drinks: There was a point in my life where I’d have a milk tea per day from the Quickly’s over at Westlake. I usually only order two drinks… Jasmine or Honey Milk Tea. This place is totally inconsistent with their measurements. Some days I get a drink that can satisfy me, but on others I get Jasmine Milk Tea’s that tastes like Almond, or overly sweetened Honey Milk Teas.
Their tapioca is a hit or miss too. Sometimes I receive pearls at just the right consistency, ones that have been overly soaked, or even undercooked ones.
Time to time I’d also get their popcorn chicken, but again this is another hit or miss item. Some days it lacked flavor and other days it was waaaaaay too full of it.
+2 Miscellaneous: Plus one for memories this joint gave. Also for the old man who used to bike to my house when I was younger to deliver my drinks. And for hope. Hope that their drinks would be as good as I remember them being long ago!

I can’t write a very detailed review about our order… why? I need to take a crap right after eating the popcorn chicken from here.
We ordered bubble milk tea, curly fries, and popcorn chicken (spicy).
1) Curly fries: The only decent item. Nice crisp to them. Not toooo oily
2) Bubble milk tea: Legit, this tasted like salon pass (Asians know this but it’s like those Hot & Cold pads). It had this weird minty flavor. The bubbles were either boiled for too long or left out overnight to be used today
3) Popcorn chicken: WHAT. THE. FACK. Worst popcorn chicken we’ve ever tasted. I don’t think it was even chicken. All these disgusting images are running through my mind as I’m typing *shudders*. They were very rubbery and chewy and SOAKED in oil. I bit one in half and the inside looked gray. Did they like find the chicken pieces from under somewhere in Hell and fried them up?!
Ughhhhhhhh. Okay, can’t take it anymore. BATHROOM TIME

Not a fan of any Quickly’s milk tea. It’s just too heavy on the milk/​cream.
Everything else is good though. I’m a fan of their mango delight, mango & coconut delight, pomelo delight, slush, snow, popcorn chicken, curry fish ball, and other snacks. I’ve tried other locations, and this one tries harder with their food.
Prices = cheap to moderate. Depends on what you order, upgrading, add-​ins, etc.
They have delivery, from 4−7pm only. (Great in a pinch!)
Older couple who speak Chinese and English. But they are friendly!
This is my only go-​to Quickly joint.
