Still my go to coffee spot in the terminal, with an assortment of baked goods and friendly staff.

A fine airport Peet’s. Service always with a smile by a familiar staff. Top notch product.

This is a decent contract operated Peet’s location inside SFO. Service was friendly by the cashier. I really don’t like the pastries served at these contract locations– they are flavorless and doughy. My iced green tea was decent, but tasted a little off.

Have to agree with most folks — the food here seems to be of better quality than the rest of the airport restaurants. However, it’s airport pricing which is ‘gouge’, ‘gouge’, ‘gouge’. Service has always been super friendly and pretty efficient since everybody in the airport wants some sort of complex caffeinated beverage.

Coffee shop in an airport but has efficient lines. Items are on the pricey side, but you are in an airport. They have salads, hummus boxes, yogurt, juices as well. It beats the typical newsstand places that don’t have fresh coffee. Came here a couple of times. I’d come again.

Standard airport coffee shop, but the food here is special. I’ve purchased a salad here multiple times and every time it’s high-quality, fresh and amazing. SALADS Deconstructed Bahn Mi – literally and inside out bahn mi. I’ve never seen these before and was pleasantly surprised to have it here. Prosciutto Melon — This spinach based salad had the freshest greens I’ve had in years. I’m not entirely sure how this is possible in an airport, but thank gosh. Also, good melon and goat cheese.

8 people in the line but it goes REAL fast so decide quickly if you want that Apple fritter… you know you do. They’re friendly but extremely efficient. Great place for your cup of coffee or tea before your flight. Don’t forget you can actually take it on the airplane…

Decent for a quick cup of Joe on the go. Surprising it was the only coffee joint in terminal 1. Nonetheless it was a hop, skip & a jump from my gate. Ladies were very friendly and swift. They didn’t mind pouring my latte into my own tumbler. The condiment/napkin area could’ve used some attention; as it was pretty unkept. No excuse with 5 employees and only 3 customers in line.

The line is usually short, the staff is really friendly, and the speed is efficient. They have a «grab-and-go» case of food that is better than any of the food you could order elsewhere in the airport. I also really enjoy stopping by Peet’s to refuel.

If you’re waiting in SFO by gates 26 – 31, Peets is the perfect place to get some caffeine. The ladies working here were quick and efficient. They had the line moving nice and fast for me to place my order. When at the competition, I order a skinny vanilla latte. I was keeping my fingers crossed it would taste the same. Fortunately my drink was finished without any long wait. And yes it tasted great! I would absolutely come to Peets again. You do pass several other breakfast places that offer coffee but I was happy with my choice. Thanks a latte!

Better than Starbucks consistent every order every time! You order a latte and there is actual coffee unlike Starbucks half froth no coffee. Located in Southwest terminal 1 convenient and fast!

As far as Peet’s goes, it’s a solid store here. They always seem to have quite a long line, and I still only waited a minute or so for my drink(which wasn’t just a simple coffee, either). People are crazy cranky if they don’t have their addictive caffeine, so I know these employees at an airport at 4 in the morning deal with some real jerk wads, and kudos to them. They certainly do not deserve a one-star rating; which is also doesn’t account for the quality of what ever was ordered(looking at you, Bryan). All in all, pretty rad. The quality is still that which Peet’s is known for, and I was very pleased.

A coffee shop that won’t serve coffee because there aren’t enough people to make it so they are striking. All while six employees stand behind the counter. Travel is hard enough. This is making it worse.

Standing the test of time, this Peet’s has been around forever & seen many terminal changes… We started w/Delta way back when, then US Air, & now it’s home to Southwest… but what has remained consistent is Peet’s This last visit, have to admit, it was a darn tasty latte. Extra shot still needed to make a decent coffee to milk ratio but it’s smooth & needs no sugar What made this even more impressive was the super-fast line. There was a girl on a wireless, roaming the line & taking orders & assigning numbers. Take your number to the cashier & pay & then POOF! Your drinky is already ready. So when I walked over & saw this ginormous line snaking its way all around the waiting area, I resolved myself to be patient & just wait it out… but was outta there in no time So for offering heights in efficiency & the same quality taste I expect from Peet’s, a bump to 4-stars seems more than appropriate

Just an update. I wrote to Peet’s and complained… apparently, the airport runs this store, not Peet’s. The assistant director of operations at SFO contacted me and told me he would issue me a full refund. Wow! I guess it does pay to complain sometimes :)

Seattle-lite having Peet’s for the first time ever! MONUMENTAL! Ordered the caramel freddo & I will never look at a Starbuck’s Frapp the same way ever. I am happy that I live down the street from a Peet’s :) Since I don’t like supporting Sbux & my fellow Seattle-lites know why, Peet’s is the next best thing! It is right by the Virgin Airlines gates :)

Got the iced vanilla Freddo and the marble loaf while waiting for my flight. Loved them both, and also loved the fact that they give a fat piece of loaf. No stinginess here!

I was extremely disappointed by the Summerhouse blend iced tea I ordered at this Peet’s location(Terminal 1, Gate 26). It tasted like coffee, so much so I thought it was iced coffee. I’m solely a tea drinker, so I can tell when things have coffee flavor(hate it!), and this one did. Asked for another, and they were kind enough to give one to me(hence the two stars versus one), but it tasted like coffee again! It was at that point I realized they must have run the tea through some kind of coffeemaker. I was seriously bummed and had to throw it away.

Thank goodness that this place exist… it has saved me numerous times while flying in and out of SFO and did once again on a recent 6am flight out of SFO. I’ve come at all hours of the day and I have to say, I’m constantly impressed with the level of service I’ve received here. There have been times when the lines were very long but they’ve always been very efficient and get you through really quick. They usually have a big selection of treats so if you need something with your coffee, chances that you’ll find something yummy are pretty high. Thanks for getting me through those early or late flights Peet’s! FYI — My friend wanted her croissant toasted or warmed but they don’t have anything to warm food so you are out of luck there if that’s your thing.
