I order Vanilla Latte every morning. I prefer Peet’s solid and quality over Starbucks’. The nice thing for this particular branch(among all Peet’s in the Bay Area) is the very friendly service.

I enjoy Peet’s coffee. It is stronger than Starbucks and they have great customer service. Their Black Tide is an amazing iced Vietnamese coffee and is worth trying. I recently had their pumpkin latte and it is delicious and strong. I really enjoy Peet’s competition to Starbucks as it is everywhere too :)

As soon as we passed this place our taxi driver immediately recommended this place to us. He said this place was the best in all of SF and that we shouldn’t even think of Starbucks b/c that is so typical. He was right about that. The iced caramel macchiato I had was way better than the Starbucks one. For one, the coffee flavor definitely came through strong on this and it was slightly less sweet which is perfect to me. I also ordered a berry danish to go along with my coffee. Again, this danish was not overly sweet and it was soft and flaky.(I wish we had a Peet’s in Tennessee.)

This crew is fast and friendly. There’s seating for a total of 6 people in the back and WiFi but this isn’t really a ‘study’ kind of peets. Crazy lines during morning commute times, but they move folks through quickly every time. Helps that they keep pretty well staffed and shift people around to smooth out the bottlenecks.

I order a lot of lattes and cappuccinos here in the morning. Sometimes they are as good as the nearby premium Coffee Bar. Other times they are 7 – 11 quality. Doesn’t seem like the barista’s fault, but quality control of the espresso machine. Iced Coffee is refreshing on hotter days. No different than any other Peet’s, so 3-stars. Still better than any Starbucks lol…

I ended up going here since the shared work space place nearby was full and I needed a place to go heads down and work for a bit. Had not been to Peet’s in a while and it looks like there are some positive changes. The mayan cocoa was really good and was only $ 1.50 after using the Unilocal offer. Nice. Friendly smiley employees. Looks like they have added some good food options like empanadas and better dessert options as well. Well done Peet’s!

Hmmm… what can you say about one location from the next one… Kinda difficult. Every Peet’s has hot coffee, fast! So what else do you need! Things I am super hard core about: 1. My coffee 2. My benny’s(eggs benedict) 3. My cocktails 4 My steak Go ahead and mess everything else up. but mess up my coffee… oooooo boooyyyy I just might break up with you, say mean things about you behind your back and make a rule never to come back!

Solid cup of Joe. Makes Starbucks feel watery :) Coffee is always strong here, which is always a good bang for the buck.

This is a fantastic Peets coffee location that is quick, courteous, and polite. I usually go in the morning when this place is packed. However, the staff is quick with orders and drinks come out at a relatively efficient pace. What I like most about this Peets is that they keep this place nice and clean. Spilled milk/cream are wiped, used sugar packets on the floor are swept, tables are constantly wiped down, and stirring sticks and napkins are thrown away by staff. Great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning!

Peet’s gets my day going. I love that they greet you by name(once they get to know you) and do their best to try and get your regular going soon as you walk up to the register. Great job Peets! Pastry’s and other foods can be pricey, but its the financial district so know that your money is helping Peet’s pay for their FiDi rent and keeps a reputable business in the area. Coffee is always fresh, service is great, and you always leave with a jolt of your favorite cup of joe, tea or whatever gets you going!

Of all the coffee chains(I say chains here!), I think this may be my favorite. Peet’s drinks are amazing. The Fredo’s have real espresso in them, the drinks are innovative, and the line moves VERY quickly. The people in this location are really friendly. They’re also really nice if a drink gets messed up and I think their customer service in dealing with slightly pushy people is something to be observed. They have limited seating area and they close early — like the rest of the financial district. But if you can snag a seat some time before 6 and enjoy their free wifi while you sip your drink. Now I’m off to grab my coconut dark mocha.

This is pretty much your typical«around the corner» coffee shop in the middle of the city. I came here because I wanted«strong coffee» and as usual, I was able to get it here! At the time, they had a coconut latte(which btw, if you checked in, you got one dollar off!) and it was pretty delish. The lady who took my order, though, put it in the system as iced when I asked for it to be hot. When I got my drink, the super duper nice barista was more than happy to remake it for me. She even let me bring the extra back to work to give it to one of my co workers! Oh, and… this location is attached to a San Francisco Soup Company. Luckily, the smells of the soup don’t permeate into the coffee shop, otherwise, that would NOT be pleasing to the coffee lover. Who wants to walk into a coffee place and smell clam chowder?!

Meeting a sweetie I hadn’t seen in about a yr & he suggested Peets. I usually prefer to go to the more local /non-chain establishments but this was his choice so I went w/it Small latte — extra shot — the milk wasn’t as creamy as my go-to places but the coffee wasn’t the usual bitter shutter-inducing experience I usually get from Peets So have to say I was impressed. Not sure if they were using a different blend or it had just been so long since I’d been to this Peets that I’d forgotten I’d liked them but this was a refreshing visit & makes me appreciate Peets all the more Great time catching up on events from the past yr & a nice warm coffee to help the conversation along… made for an A-OK morning!

I had a chai tea latte from Peet’s Coffee while visiting in San Fransisco and I have to say it lived up to the hype. It was light, fresh, and clean. I loved the modern décor. The service was friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located in the Financial District and targeted to the right demographics! They did their research. Who doesn’t need coffee or something piping hot when rising up early in the morning to go to work in the FiDi? It’s a very small, narrow Peet’s café, but it is suitable for this area where customers are to go in and get out right away! There’s no time to linger here! Works gotta be done in this neighborhood! I love their frothy and delicious Vanilla Latte. It’s strong, but at the same time, sweet to a point where it’s very enjoyable.

It’s cold in SF, but none of that seems to matter when you have a hot cup of coffee in your hands! I’m not a big coffee drinker, so it doesn’t take a lot to get me going in the morning. For people like me, this Peet’s location has a small cup of house coffee for $ 1.80, tax-free. A pretty good deal, but maybe they should sell an even smaller size(Mini?), because I only finished half! This Peet’s shares a building with the San Francisco Soup Company( ) — they’re separated by a wall with a walkway in between. There’s no seating on the Peet’s side, but on the other side are a few small tables on the ground floor, and a dozen or so tables on the upper floor. Peet’s also has a free WiFi network here, but for some reason my attempts to connect kept timing out. Peet’s, don’t tease me, bro.

We’ve seen what happens when coffee shops start serving fast food(Starbucks). I have faith in Peet’s that they will keep it real even with the breakfast oatmeal and signature chocolates. Crossing my fingers since they are my favorite beans and coffee spot. Taste: full bodies, dark, wonderful small Americano Sound: Usually the classical they play at all lthe Peet’s, FiDi people chatting about business, portofilter banging on counter Site: Brown wall, minimal décor, African textiles on the wall Smell: Coffee beans and cleaning agents Overall Feel: The line is quick and the baristas are super chill and cool. Shout out to the guy that had the awesome’st mustache — Grow it back man!

HAIKUREVIEW Fi-Di latte fave. Foxy brunette baristas Say my name… say it !! Redhead’s tapping milk. «Extra foamy, Enzo… Enzo?» (My coffee-shop name.) Double-lines inside. Don’t worry; it moves quickly. Move on, sleepyheads.

I may come across as high-maintenance but all I really need is the latest issue of The Economist, Wi-Fi, and Peet’s fat-free caffe freddo with whipped cream. Those are my non-negotiables. While I will gladly walk a mile in 5″ stilettos for a frozen caffeinated beverage, this Peet’s is conveniently located across from the office, allowing me to Freddo for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as I see fit. They also make the best ones here. In case you weren’t aware, the fat free Freddo has 90 calories. This means I have more or less walked off the calories I’m consuming on my way to and from Peet’s. Win! My only complaints about this location are the layout and the sometimes spotty service. The people working here are all super nice and friendly but there are times when there are more baristas than there are customers and it still manages to take an eternity. Did I mention they have LOADS of chocolate at this location? Chocolate is also a non-negotiable. And Chanel Aqualumiere lip gloss in Party Red. And Kiehl’s Instant Satin body cream. And Frette linens. And my Blackberry. Oh god, I am high maintenance…
