I originally posted a review for this place, and it wasn’t a really bad one at that(2 stars). In that review I explained how I’d been looking forward to this place opening up. I shared about my experience with a sandwich that wasn’t that great. I stated that I hadn’t tried anything else, but despite my dislike for that particular sandwich I would be back to give them another chance. Especially seeing as they had just opened up, and I figured there was still some stuff that needed working out. Well, that chance was today. I walked in with some coworkers and my boss looking for a some soup seeing as it was rainy and our building doesn’t have heat. I was disappointed to see that they didn’t have soup despite the sign outside saying otherwise. As I waited for my peers to get their sandwiches the owner was glaring at me and then approached me asking what my name was, and I replied honestly knowing full well he’d read my review. There was no other reason for the glares I received when I walked in with peers. Following the confirmation of my name he ranted about how dare people give him bad reviews about his coffee, and that it’s great. How dare people say bad things about his business. In writing my first review my goal was not to upset or hurt anyone, but rather provide a review of my experiences at this business so that others may come up with their own decisions based on what they have read. I was simply serving the purpose of the website. Feeling a bit threatened and humiliated I promptly deleted my review. After a few hours of thinking it over and hearing my peers’ experiences with their food I have decided to lower my initial 2 star review(which I’d said I’d update when I kept trying more things) and lower it based on this confrontation and my peers’ opinions. They both agreed that their oven chicken sandwich was not good, and were sorely disappointed. They got ingredients in the sandwich that they didn’t ask for, and cans of soda that were expired. I have also decided to repost my review because I feel like it is unfair of the business to bully someone from stating their own opinion. Just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean everyone else won’t. A person simply can’t bully others around to ensure good reviews in hopes that business will boom. I visited this owner’s place next door multiple times a week and still bought their coffee, but now I will be getting my coffee at Burger King and McDonalds. I will be getting my sandwiches further down the street.

Good sandwich, good service, nice clean place, huge sandwich for about 7 bucks. I had to save half for later… The owner was very nice. Didn’t try the gelato(too fat for that right now) nor the coffee… maybe next time.
