This was my first experience with Origins products and I am sold! I went in with a friend for mini facials and loved the products but more than that, I loved Tony! He truly made this a great experience and knew so much about the products and what would work well with my skin. I left with some great products and a new love for Origins!

5 stars for Tony and the rest of the team at Origins!!! I have extremely sensitive skin and as much as I wanted to be frugal and shop at the drug store, I started getting rashes from Eucidern and other supposedly friendly lotions. I went to Kiehl’s but they said they don’t do sunscreen samples(which is bs for people with allergies like me who need to sample things before plunking the cash down). I saw bright, beautiful Origins and their sample display from afar. I didn’t need any of the samples on display but was asked if I needed help as soon as I got in. I told them my issue and Tony happily provided me a sample of A Perfect World with SPF25. I tried it for a week… in addition to smelling and feeling great on my skin(can’t even tell it’s a sunscreen!), I didn’t break out in rashes! Whoohoo, my skin found a winner. I came back, and put the $ 40ish dollars down and am so glad I’m spending the money on my face! :) Even better, Tony put in samples of a few other products, so I’ll probably be back to buy those, too! For germaphobes that like samples like me, no need to fear here! The teenagers don’t come in here with their grubby hands like they do at Sephora. The Origins team definitely makes sure that all samples are done with q-tips or that they get it for the sampler.

To be honest I’ve had both positive and also very negative experiences here. more negative than positive… sales people send out much negativity, attitude and make a big fuss out of nothing whether purchasing or exchanging. Would rather buy their make up at other retailers due to having such negative experiences and energy… I end up buying online most of the time just to avoid these types of negative interactions. Reminder why I do not shop at bigger retailers. Will not be returning in stores, online only.
