I went here to use the notary public. The place seems well organized. The staff was very nice even though I was not doing a closing there. I don’t know how much they charge.

Very disappointed in the service that we received. Closing was delayed, staff treated us like we didn’t matter, and would not respond to our calls. Dropped the ball on our funding package and fee sheet. Extremely disappointed in what was a horrible last three days with them.

Don’t go to Christie Harrison for Notary. The service is not good. My customer document got rejected because it needs a CA notary form. She informed that the document provided is sufficient without a CA notary form. I already gave her a heads up that it is potentially will get declined. I reached out to her and she wants to charge another $ 10 for the form. The issue is the first $ 10 she took — the document did not go through. Why would you want to charge another $ 10 for a document that you did and got returned? Very poor customer service.

I was looking for notaries in my neighborhood and was happy to learn Old Republic Title Company offered notary services. Noelle assisted me – she was very friendly, thorough and helpful. I’ll definitely be back whenever I need documents notarized.

Helen Dumont is THE BEST IN TOWN!
She has been my escrow officer twice before and has happily helped me with other documents. I can whole heatedly recommend her services. She goes above and beyond to make sure things close timely and stress free. If only everyone did their job as diligently and professionally as Helen, life would be *so* much easier.
