I would advise spending your money elsewhere. This store doesn’t care at all about customer service or loyalty in the least. The clerks are snobby and rude and prices are extremely marked up. Don’t even consider trying to exchange or return a new unused item. Better deals elsewhere from management who cares about customer service. Consider yourself warned!

Was excited to visit but unfortunately they have a limited variety of ladies cowboy boot styles and size. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place is awesome. My Dad wanted a pair of boots and we came to this place to take a look. The staff were really kind and helpful and the quality of their stock was great. The price ranges on the boots ranged for ~$ 30 to ~$ 120 and their quaility seemed to be very good for example the leather used was really good. Overall, its worth checking this place out if you want a great selection of Mexican or Cowboy wear.

The other day I walked past and they had a large rack of children’s clothing on the sidewalk with a «FREE» sign above. All perfectly good stuff. 30 minutes later I walked past again and it had been picked clean. You know that TOTALLY made some families Christmas holiday. Any business that will give away that much perfectly legit, new with tags clothing gets my 5 star vote. Made my day!

I bought a pair of steel-toed bonanza boots from here for work…$ 85 and I’m very happy with them. I’ll probably be going back to buy a pair of regular wear boots soon.

They don’t carry women’s boots in width wider than B.

One stop shopping for all of your Mexican/Western wear. Cowboy hats that range from $ 9 to $$$$$, shirts, bad ass belt buckles, bolo ties, and a whole bunch of cool shit that you definitely don’t need but really want. Plus, the guy who runs the joint is SUPER helpful and on point. It’s not that often you can walk into a serious cowboy store and say«we just want the cheapest hats you have» and not get scoffed/sneered at. Instead, this guy totally understood, and came back with a «why would you spend $ 100 on a hat you’re only gonna use once?» He rules. While I don’t buy a ton of western gear, whenever I need to power up for a Team Broback event, Ok Corral does the trick.

I’d give the OK Corrall a five except that I wasn’t crazy about their collection of women’s boots. I’d suggest carrying some designer names, although they’re not authentic Mexican boots, but they look great on the dance floor. Everything else that I’ve looked for, hats and hat ornaments, plus more, have been great. I agree, service is very, very good(in English or Spanish). They also sell tickets for Mexican dances. Visit: to get a better picture.

I concur with the other reviewer. As another white boy on a search for a black cowboy hat I felt very welcome in there. I’m certain the same guy(A dude dressed exactly the way you’re imagining) helped me. He had a knack for immediately making me feel welcome and re-assured that I was gonna walk out with what I needed without being overbearing. How he did that dressed in full garb I will never know. Probably because he seemed so genuinely nice. He had to run in the back to find a hat big enough for my enormous head and was happy to do so.
