I will be coming back for more! The Pesto Cavatappi was the best! My meal was super fresh, and the pasta was cooked to perfection – Al Dente! There’s nothing worse for an Italian than soft, mushy noodles! The staff was also very friendly and attentive. Great prices and great food with fast service… I can’t wait to try other menu items, since this was my first time trying Noodles & Company. I have definitely become a big fan!

Being from Seattle, I am unaware of any Noodles chains in my area… So far not impressed.. Yes I am typing this as is sit here. Only one table available in the far back corner of which still had dirty dishes on it. Sat down anyways cause its all they had. Its been about 15 minutes and no food yet. Ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken and the penne pasta with grilled chicken… Just arrived! Caesar salad is great. Grilled chicken has lots of flavor. So far so good… The penne is good but to much salt. Lucky for them, I like salt but I’d rather add it myself than having them assume. So other than the crowded and dirty tables, its good and worthy of a 3 star for sure. I’ll come back in the future.

I had the pad Thai. Service was friendly, but the dish was bland. After some hot sauce, it was better, but it still lacked a lot.

Just no good. Frozen bulk food service meatballs atop weak ass mac and cheese, not fully cheesed. Two stars since it was clean inside, I didn’t get sick, and the corner help was polite. Never again.

Although this place is a healthy walk away from work, I really enjoy coming here. The food is actually pretty delicious, made to order and cheap. They have lots of dishes to choose from and also a ton of drinks(including tea). You can also add your choice of meat or tofu. Overall, I think it’s miles ahead of the other fast food type places around.

This place is truly disappointing, and I had pretty low expectations going in. I ordered the regular Thai curry soup to go, having seen some customers enjoying what looked like a nice large bowl of it in the restaurant. The to go regular size is much, much smaller. I thought maybe they had mistakenly given me a small, but the woman who handed me my order confirmed that it was the regular size. The soup itself was even more disappointing. The broth was just okay, but the veggies were raw. That’s right, raw red onion slices and raw chunks of mushroom. Very unpleasant texture and flavor there. Plus the«rice noodles» were more than al dente. They were extremely undercooked and not at all enjoyable. This was a huge waste of $ 8 and I’m not going back.

We waited 40 minutes for our order, we were told it would be out in 5 min and 10 minutes later told it was already served. Where? Because the number was still on our table. I had to give my receipt to your waiter and still fucked up the order. At that point we had to take it to go. I order the«regular» Thai Curry soup and got what seems the small one. It sucks to have paid $ 9 bucks for that. And my friend got the Grilled Chicken Salad, not the Chinese Chicken Chop Salad. Also since our plates was serve to someone else, you guys need a better system to make sure people are getting what they ordered!

Tried a Mac and cheese with an addition of pork and I wish I got something else, especially since I went to a place later for dinner that also had Mac and cheese and looked way better. Overall, the food doesn’t seem too expensive. The Mac and cheese could have used more flavor, and bread crumbs are always the best, but there were none. It was also pretty liquidy and there wasn’t too much flavor. Pot sticker appetizer was also not good. Workers had internal issues and looked like they were ready to quit their job.

Light meal but I ordered a chicken noodle soup that came out to be super oily and veggies were super soggy. They had no egg noodles and the basil felt like it was cut up and just tossed in after it was done cooking. Bleh.

I had the spaghetti and meatballs and it tasted great, hands down better than other noodle company’s I have been too in the east bay. Great flavor, and noodles cooked perfectly, not under or over cooked. Also waiting time was under 10 minites. Would visit again.

I loved Noodles & Company in college for three reasons: It was a cheap alternative to dining hall food. It was close by. And the last and best reason: the pulled pork mac and cheese was amazing. Now that was in North Carolina so I wasn’t expecting incredible pulled pork in this Downtown SF location but it’d have been nice if they at least had that as an option! Unfortunately no pulled pork mac and cheese here, oh well. That said though, I’m still a fan of this place. For one, it’s the only place I’ve found around here where you can get comfort food like spaghetti and meatballs, mac and cheese, and the like. Sometimes you just want that instead of your overpriced lunch sandwich or salad here in downtown. The garlic bread is good too, and they have one of those fancy soda fountains where you can choose from one(or more if you want to mix and match!) of over a hundred types of soda.

I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce and practically licked the bowl!!! Even put a little sriracha on it, and kicked it into over drive! Prices are pretty decent, SM $ 4.99 and Regular is $ 5.99. Thank me later ;)

Went there while in san francisco for the american college rheumatology. We arrived before 12 and managed to have a table but it was quite busy and the line just kept getting longer behind us. For an american place, both our plates were quite tasty!

No elbow macaroni? On an early Saturday evening? One star penalty. Other than this, it was fine, kinda average but good effort. We didn’t get what we ordered completely, but close.

Came here with my team for dinner before continuing our setup for Dreamforce — with all the varieties of noodles ranging from Thai to Italian to sandwiches, I felt like they didn’t have one specialty that makes them worth going back to. I had the penne pasta which was a tad bit spicy, which I didn’t expect. The portions were huge, but it felt like something I could make at home. My worker ordered the special of the Thai noodles and had to add more Siracha because it wasn’t spicy enough. Not somewhere I’d want to return to unless I have to.

I really wanted to like this place. I love noodles, it’s(relatively) cheap, and close to my hotel. Got the large pad thai bowl, small order of pot stickers, and a bottle of water. Came to about $ 11. The décor is rather run down and not terribly clean. Sticky tables, sticky floors, a smell of over hot oil. There was a lot of staff and it wasn’t very busy, but it still took 15 minutes to get my order. Speaking of staff, the woman at the register was friendly. Very friendly. As in «step back or I will Taser you» friendly. I think someone needs to help her tone down her approach. The food was really, really, mediocre. Pot stickers were OK, but tasted like the oil they were cooked in should have been changed, yesterday. The pad thai was a half filled bowl plopped on the table with little or no effort at presentation. Just a mess of noodles that seemed rather like spaghetti, a tiny bit of scrambled egg, bean sprouts, a lot of raw cabbage, and a sprig of cilantro on top. It was very dry, over cooked, and the only flavor I could detect was fish sauce and that was quite strong. Very disappointing.

Wow. This place is really mediocre. The interior is old, worn, and dirty since they’re understaffed and super busy. There are 2 sizes you can choose from, and the bigger, «bowl» option of chicken soup is not enough food for a standard human. I tried the Thai hotpot, which I can definitely confirm is neither Thai, nor a hotpot. What a weird mix of flavors/foods. It wasn’t bad… But it definitely is not something I would get again. It’s a pretty cheap place, but you definitely get what you pay for. Actually, I’d contend you easily get less than what you pay for. Pass on noodles. Go to Fresh roll next door instead.

This is our first time coming here and so glad we did. The place was clean and the service was fast. Once you order, if you decide to eat in, they will give you a number. Find a table and place the number on your table. The wait is not very long. All the noodles are served in this big white deep bowl. My family and I loved everything we ordered. My daughter also decided to order mac and cheese to go for her lunch tomorrow. That’s a good sign. This is outside metreon, so you can park in the lot across the street. Can’t wait to come back. :)

Sometimes I am a cheap date and easy to please. keyword SOMETIMES! We were looking for somewhere nearby and quick to eat at. And I remembered that I’ve been wanting to try Noodles & Company for awhile, so we went there. I can almost never say no to noodles after all! There were a handful of enticing options, but I went with the regular size buttered noodles and added on grilled chicken. He got the beef stroganoff noodle regular size as well. Sometimes the simple things in life are the best, and my buttered noodles were so good indeed! Simple butter sauce covered egg noodles with some Italian seasonings and parm cheese. Noodles were al dente, chicken was moist, and the Italian seasonings added a pinch more flavor to make the dish pop a little more from being just some buttered tossed onto some noodles. His steak stroganoff was light but flavorful. The beef was tender and I always love the mushrooms. It came with marinated steak, sherry cream sauce, mushrooms, parm, herbs, pepper, and egg noodles. They also have the Coke Freestyle machine here, which we love. I can’t help but sip on some soda when a place offers this(I normally don’t drink soda). On a second time, I actually came back because I won a meal. So we sampled a feast of: chicken noodle soup, tomato basil bisque, Indonesian noodles, spaghetti and meatballs, and went home with a rice krispy, and two huge cookies. We both agreed that we liked our first entrees better, even though we can’t complain about free. I was however, grossed out when I received a spoon that wasn’t properly cleaned. someone had wrapped it up in the napkin without noticing that it had tomato sauce hardened on it. The chicken noodle tasted pretty standard, but was lukewarm, it wasn’t overly salted though which is always good! Tomato basil bisque was the soup winner, great creamy flavor and thick. His spaghetti and meatballs were solid, but nothing outstanding. My Indonesian noodles with shrimp were was like a spicy version of Pad Thai, only difference from Pad Thai besides the heat, is that it has broccoli and carrots too. It was fine, but the heat took over a lot of the flavors, and I was a little perplexed as to why they added this to the menu if they already have Pad Thai. possibly for those that love spicy foods? For the desserts — The chocolate chip oatmeal was a little odd, the snickerdoodle we preferred more. Love the chewy texture of both. The rice krispy was the winner, I think partially due to the texture, but it was also not overly sweet like traditional versions are. Service has always been attentive and friendly. Noodles & Company is good for what it is. A quick affordable place for people to get their carb fix on. However, they do offer salads and sandwiches too, in addition to their soups. You can get a regular size noodle dish for about $ 6 – 9. 3.5ish stars, we would come back when in the area and the mood strikes.

3.5 stars Watching gluten? don’t like MSG? need smaller portions, substitute wheat for more fiber, etc, etc? Noodles does a great job of accommadating the customer’s needs by having an easy to follow ordering system. Don’t be intimated by the LARGE menu when you walk in: simply choose your noodle entrée(Italian, Asian or Mediterranean) then add soup or salad. Less than $ 10 for a fast-casual lunch. We walked into a MADHOUSE Sunday lunch due to the Oracle convention being in town. Yes, there were a couple of mishaps and confused orders, but the staff were clearly working hard. My pad thai was filled with fresh veggies, nice sized shrimps and perfect noodles. I had a small ceasar salad to accompany my meal. This is a good option to consider if you’re at the Metreon or city Target.
