First time here with my friend. She found this place and we decided to give it a try. I have to say: it’s pretty good and very detailed. Mia is very nice and helpful with my friend when it comes to pick the color. It’s not like some place that just rushing their work. It’s a family business so they really try to work hard and make the customers happy. Will come back again next time I’m in the city.

Love love love this place! Like many others, I first got to know these lovely people at the Potrero location but am so happy to see them in this beautiful new salon.
What makes this place spectacular is the meticulous attention to detail and warmth of the owner and her family. The foot massages are the best in the city, guaranteed!

I love Mia’s Beauty Spa. I’ve been here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. This past week I received my first manicure here from Vy, the owner, and it was excellent. I’ve been having an issue with a few of my nails and Vy took great care of me. This salon is close to my home and I will happily be back!

Mia and her people are not only super nice, they all do fantastic work! The day I went they were back-​to-​back with clients and accepting drop-​ins, too, but they took their time with everyone. My pedicure was relaxing and very thorough and my manicure was one of the best I’ve had — lasted a week before chipping (was not a gel manicure ;)), which was amazing. Highly, highly recommend Mia’s!

Mia’s salon was top notch — I’d say out of all the nail salons I’ve been to in the city, my nails have never looked this good! The shape is exactly how I like it, the hand and foot massage was amazing (and long!), and my gel nails look absolutely perfect. The salon is very clean and airy and everyone was super friendly. This is my new go-​to nail spot hands down.

So the people here are really nice. Let me first say that. Let me also say that the pedicurists here is excellent. I love him! I’ve been blessed by his hands twice now and my daughter once. Sadly, I won’t be returning. At least not soon anyway. I came in today to get a new full set.
They had been flicking off all week. The owner told me she would not be doing fills or sets because of allergies. Huh? O — Kay I’ll take a pedi and gel mani. She gave me this look like she didn’t want to do any of it. So I get set up for the pedi. She comes over and says that my nails are too short to get the gel. I was immediately over it. I’m like ok that’s fine. As he’s doing my pedi, I’m watching her take off her gel on her hands. I thought you had allergies? Yet, you are picking at your nails? She was so into her nails, she didn’t notice a client walk right up to her front desk.
I didn’t understand. I’m going to take a shot in the dark and say she just wasn’t interested in doing business with me and that’s ok. Since I’m unaware of the problem I’ll take my business elsewhere. The whole experience today was weird. She’s pretty high priced as well. Nice people though!

I followed Vy from her spot in the Mission. I love her and her family. Always do a good job on my nails, my mom, and my daughter’s nails. Attentive, clean, good color and gel selection. Quality products used none of that cheap stuff from other salons who just want to make a quick buck and not care how your nails look at the end! They care to see that your nails look good and they are happy with the end product.

If I lived closer, this place would be my regular nail salon. Vy took her time doing my gel manicure but was fast at the same time. She made sure that my nails were cut and shaped well.
If there’s one thing that I have to always have done, it’s a pedicure w nail polish. But when Vy’s dad did my pedicure, I actually liked them w/​o polish! Lol. Definitely coming back here when I’m in the area.

Very welcoming and they do such a great job! I loved my pedicure and manicure. I asked for a nail design most salons have a hard time with but they executed the perfect design I’ve been looking/​asking for. Definitely look forward to going back especially for Halloween ! They have a super cute Frankenstein design!

I really love this place. This is the first time I come here. Mia is very focus on her work. The salon is very nice, neat and clean. Love it. I will come back

I wanted to be one of Vys first customers because I am so happy she finally has her own shop! I lived a block away from her old studio, yet will be driving across the city to see her.
She takes her time, ensures you are taken care of and genuinely is interested in you. She had met every family member traveling through, and she even helped us arrange a wedding nail day for a bridal party!
She is an amazing young woman and I will be supporting this business as long as I live in SF.
She is also AMAZING at nail designs!

Love! Love! Love! Mia took over from previous owner and completely transformed the place and service. The atmosphere became a lot better because of new interior design, service is impeccable, incredibly friendly staff. Note: disposable plastic for pedicure to keep you protected– wow, its like a dream come true! Awesome hands and feet massage — made me fall asleep and dream for 30 minutes :) Thorough manicure. I’m stuck with these guys! Beautiful place, cozy, with fast WiFi. High 5!

There is a reason why I followed this girl, Vy– the owner– wherever she may go. Hands down, she’s the best in the business! Given having three sisters who are in the nail business for over 20 years, I know Nail! Vy’s skill & art work is amazing. I have to have Vy do my gel and Duyen does my pedicure. They used to work at A&T nail on Potrero Ave. Their new salon is so clean and I know they value their clients’ health. So I’m so glad they have opened their own salon. The atmosphere here is so nice and relaxing. You can tell they now can really «take care» of their clients by giving them the best service and care, without being restricted. They really love what they do and their motto is always giving the best sanitary service to their clients. This is why I will be Mia’s client to the very end, wherever they may go/​move :-)

Back to Mia’s nail to take off my gel and get new color. I have no idea for my color ??? Mia did a nice job of choosing my color for the next month. Thanks a lot
