May is a nice lady but when I picked up my last round of cleaning there were multiple items still visibly dirty. One white blouse had visible dirt in multiple areas and another light blue silk blouse came back with dark spots. I would understand if the stains could not be removed which might be the case for the silk blouse (I have yet to take it elsewhere) but I managed to clean the white blouse myself at home (without any professional materials). Furthermore, if the stains could not be removed, it would have been nice had she told me that this was the case to avoid shock/​disappointment once I returned home and saw for myself.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I always take my stuff to May for dry cleaning. She is so sweet and cute. I can go months without going and she always remembers me. Great dry cleaning job too! she is accommodating and prompt with her service as well.

I’ve been going to May’s for dry cleaning and alterations for over 5 years now and even though I’ll sometimes go 6 months or more between visits, she always remembers my name and greets me with a smile. And most importantly, I’ve never had a problem with her work.
May’s is friendly and prompt, with exceptional service. If you live in the neighborhood you could do worse.
