My husband and I really enjoyed working with Matt when we were trying to sell our house in Potrero Hill during the recession. We were working with another agent, but were unsuccessful. We went through two or three price reductions, and still couldn’t seem to find an interested buyer. When we hired Matt, he helped sell our house faster than we expected. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised.

Matt was the agent who helped me sell my condo in this extremely difficult market. I just closed escrow on the sale yesterday. He worked diligently to get the deal done. His strong points are that he is very detailed orientated and he explains the entire process to you along the way, always keeping you up-​to-​date on the latest developments. His marketing is very extensive. Any means you can think of to market your house, he will be doing it. Matt brought along mortgage brokers to the open houses so that potential buyers could also apply for a loan. I thought this was very clever. Most of all, he really hustles to take care of all the little things that are required in selling your property (i.e. making sure the property complies with all of the inspections; making sure all of the closing ppwk is in order; working with you to deal with all parties like the HOA, etc.). Bottom line, any real estate agent can sell a property in a good market. The good agents are the ones who can sell and close in a bad market. Matt is one of those agents.
