I’ve worked with Bryan for a few years now on remodels of our expanding offices. His team is honest, detail oriented, friendly and they are willing to work long hours and weekends when they are able to in order to get the jobs done on time and within budget. Bryan is very thorough and and straight forward, he won’t give you any BS. He manages both larger and smaller jobs, commercial and residential. He also does beautiful tile and kitchen remodels, and he works with you to find the products of the best quality, style, and durability for your budget. Bryan and his team did a major remodel at our SF home which included a lot of structural work: new floors, walls, windows, doors, closets, etc. He is an honest and efficient craftsman who takes pride in his work. He was very easy to work with and very responsive. He was always willing to listen to and answer our questions. He was willing to work with our metal worker on some custom railing and did a great job coordinating. Being a first remodel for us with a baby on the way, I was nervous, but had a good friend who is a contractor in the South Bay review and give Bryan’s work his glowing approval. I would gladly use Bryan for any future work. His family has been in this business for decades and he gets good prices and expedited service from the big suppliers in the area. I shopped around a lot before choosing a GC and for the quality and expertise, Lynch Construction is unbeatable. Solid 5 stars!

Bryan Lynch recently finished a job for my family in the San Francisco area. He was recommended by a friend of mine from work. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. We met up at my house on a Saturday morning and I gave him the rundown of what we needed. That Sunday, he followed up with an estimate and an email address/​phone number to use if I had any questions. Of course, being a first time home buyer, I had plenty! He started a week later on our project. He was very efficient at answering emails and would get back to me by the end of the day if I called. Let’s just say, my kitchen/​bathroom are more than I could ask for! It was all finished in the timeline we had set with only minor bumps along the road (never going to be perfect!). Bryan was helpful from start to finish and has promised he will come back if we have any problems. I HIGHLY recommend using Lynch Construction. I know we will use this company in the near future!
