We hired these guys to do window replacement in our home and are very happy with the work done. I communicated with Dennis mostly — he is nice, professional and helpful. He goes onto details and gives you options, and explains possible outcomes. Truly helpful attitude. I am happy with the price too — we saved, with the job done fast and good quality.

Probably the most incompetent contractor I have ever had contact with, and I have worked with many. Absolutely horrible quality work. Not a single «employee» who showed up to my job had any skills or even any quality tools (I say «employee» because half the people Michael sent over were illegal aliens or day laborers who had no skills whatsoever). I’m talking about 99 cent tape measures and do-​it-​yourselfer quality tools. THEY DIDN’T EVEN OWN A LADDER AND HAD TO STEAL MINE TO DO THEIR WORK THAT I WAS PAYING A HEFTY PRICE FOR. One «carpenter» who showed up didn’t even have a square. After this rinky-​dink outfit wasn’t even half way finished at completion date promised, I fired them. Firing them was the best decision I made in a San Francisco project that dragged on forever.
Don’t be fooled by any pictures this underhorsepowered outfit posted on line or their rosy website. These guys couldn’t build a dog house. Some days the whole crew decided to take a break without the boss’ knowledge and didn’t even bother to show up. Then a new day laborer on day, and a different one the next.
If you even THINK of signing a contract with them, I suggest you:
1) take the time to view a current project they are doing
2) meet some of the employees who supposedly will do the work
Incompetent outfit. Neither employees or management know what they are doing. Michael is an inattentive and clueless at best. He is a «paper contractor» who doesn’t even bother to show up with a piece of paper or a pencil. Disgraceful performance. BEWARE!
