Yesterday my daughter and I visited for the 1st time the look boutique (which we serendipitously happened upon while looking for water and purse snacks at walgreens) I was wonderfully impressed by the selection at look boutique (there were items that you’d find @ larger makeup counters and even some far more rare products). When I went Cassie and Natasha were great helps. Often in makeup stores you feel an undeniable tension between the employees (which i’m sure has to do with commission). But cassie and natasha worked wonderfully as a team and my daughter (natasha did a marvelous job on her makeup) was glowing and upon leaving kept looking at herself in any and all things reflective. So I would recommend this attic of beauty to one and all. Me and my daughter will see you again on our next visit into san francisco!

FIVE STARS goes to this beautiful New & Improved Walgreen’s which looks marvelous! Checkout the skincare products located on the second floor called
«Look Boutique». The one star goes the actual supervisor/​sale rep woman with the russian accent (her photo and name posted at the entrance — Mara Forrester). Disappointing that she is a pushy and condescending in her customer service skills. Felt like she was giving me the car salesman pitch. I came in twice which she sold specific products for my régime which gave me allergic reaction, she mentioned I can return for full refund within 30 days, but when I came back in a week she did not want to refund me. I know they make commission so shes a bit forceful or shall I say stalking you. After contacting Consumer Relations for the Walgreen’s investment holders, I finally received my refund. When browsing this area just WATCH OUT for the lil ol’ russian lady (or con artist).
