Mr. Li is a wizard with home improvement projects. He operates solo, but pulls in experts from his extensive network of Chinese contractors, to get almost any kind of job done. Cabinetry, decks, remodeling, plumbing, metal work, you name it. His claim to fame is tiling. He has done jobs for us that brand-​name contractors said were impossible. On top of all this, his rates are 30−50% less than you would get from one of the big contractors, and he personally does or supervises every bit of project.
