I would like to give Michael Lieberman my highest recommendation. There are some common stereotypes about lawyers and usually they are negative. My experience with Micheal Lieberman, as my lawyer, is that he is like batman saving the day.
I know how to lead a Squad or Platoon of Marines in a combat zone in Iraq. I know what I can do in a war and how I would be able to help others in battle. Now that I am home the wars are now fought in courts. I don’t know how to fight or win wars like this. Many people thank me for my service in war but I would like to thank Micheal for fighting my battles for me now. I rely on him completely and he has never failed to cover my six. Real wars are hell on earth and I think legal battles are a far better alternative for fighting. In the Marines we have a saying «no better friend, no worse enemy.» I would say that Michael would be an example of that in legal matters.

Mr. Lieberman is awesome. He has been there for me on two occasion’s. Very intelligent thinker. His assistant Monica is always there when you need her and is quick to pass on information to Michael when he is unavailable because he’s working on your case, in a trail, or in a deposition. They are an amazing team, I cannot say enough about how wonderful Michael and Monica are.
His office is conveniently located at Post and Sutter, easy to get to via muni and there is also efficient metered parking in the area.

I’ve had a few dealings with Michael Lieberman and he’s always struck me as one of the more professional and ethically aware lawyers out there. Liking lawyers is tough — there are so many utter shits out there — but Mr. Lieberman strikes me as someone who cares about his cases, has the knowledge and staff to back him up, shows a genuine concern for his client’s needs, and has a wicked sense of humour.

I had a horrible experience with Attorney Lieberman. He is very unprofessional. He kept me for 16 days without any knowledge about when he is going to sign a Contingency Fee Contract and initiate my case. His Contingency Fee Contract basically says that he is not responsible for anything, he can not promise you anything, he will not file an appeal if he loses your case, and you don’t have a right to sue him. I changed this agreement to more favorable condition for me, but he never signed it. He said he was in other trial, and he did not give me any date when he is going to start working on my case. I emailed him many times with just one question — when are you going to pay attention to me? He did not respond for a week. I wanted him to help me because I had just lost my job, and I wanted to get reinstated back to work as soon as I can. He did not care that I was unemployed, did not have money, and was anxious waiting for any information from him. He asked me to call him. I informed him that I had lost my cell phone and therefore was unable to call him. I asked him to email me. He did not email me for 7 days. I said that I would provide a negative feedback about him to the San Francisco Bar association. He freaked out. He put blame on me for not calling him (even though he knew that I did not have my cell phone and was unable to call him). He said that I threatened him, and he refused to represent my case.
I do NOT recommend anybody to use this attorney.
