Laundry Locker

I’ve been happy with the service. Very fast service and just love the fact I no longer have to worry about getting to the cleaners before they close. Great idea!

This review is for Laundry Locker and not specifically this location. They basically pick up at each location and have the cleaning done at a central location.
I’ve been using their services at my apt for two years. A few weeks ago, they picked up my order and now no one is able to locate it. It has been very difficult to get a hold of anyone or get any ETA on resolution. Each time I get through to someone, they promise to search and get back to me. I even sent them pictures of the top.
I’m very disappointed with how they’re handling this situation and would be extremely reluctant to ever use their services again. I don’t plan on having them dry clean the twenty suits I have because they are no longer available for sale.

Thrilled this opened up between Pine and Bush on Polk. If you’re a professional in the city, Laundry Locker is a no-​brainer, and now it’s finally easy to handle laundry in the middle of Nob Hill.
Prices are competitive, turnarounds are extremely quick and you can get to a locker 24 hours a day. So happy this is here! Signed my roommate up immediately.

I love the new ²⁴⁄₇ kiosk on Polk St. It’s convenient and easy to use. I registered my credit card for access, created an account and now I don’t have to worry about ever missing my dry cleaner again. They also have package delivery lockers at this location which is great!
