Dr. Izdebski literally saved my life from 2001 until 2014. When I came to his office and I felt immediately like I knew him all my life. My speech impairment was so bad that even my own father hung up on me, as well as my 2 best friends for 10 years. He told me I had TMJ and TD. He showed me pictures of myself and when I saw them, I started crying, they were so distorted. He told me it was the worst case except 1 other that he had ever seen. For the first time in 10 years, I was not only audible, my face was not distorted. I will always be grateful to Dr. Izdebski, I would recommend him to anyone w/a severe speech disorder!

Dr. Izdebski has been treating me in conjunction with Dr. Herbert Dedo for more than 10 years now for vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Izdebski is a brilliant and knowledgeable doctor with much experience in his field. Aside from his extensive experience he has a very pleasant and charming bedside manner where patient care is a priority. He never has one foot out the door and spends a great deal of time focusing on my care. Rare to find and one of the best!

Dr. Izdebski is a very kind man and an excellent doctor. He was very helpful and thoughtful when I needed to be reassured that vocally everything was perfect, and discussed my concerns openly. He was extremely helpful and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a specialist who is not only extremely knowledgable, but also a very kind, decent person. I would give 10 stars if it were allowed! He is worth it.

Too much strained talking led me to losing my voice on and off a couple of years ago. To the disappointment of my friends, I did want it back and was referred to Dr. Izdebski for the hunt. He video taped my vocal chords(which reminds me I need my home copy) and found a node that was causing my woes. He sweet talked me into seeing a speech counselor(Lydia Hyde — 415.476.2792) and after a few sessions with her — I’m a cured woman. It was a trippy experience, but Dr. Izdeb was a facinating man who knows his stuff and made learning about my chords of vocalizing fun.
