Budget, timing, and professionalism. It is rare that you get all three with any contractor. But that is exactly what you get with Kmans Kreations. The original bid was surprisingly reasonable. The job was done in half the time that I expected. And the house looks better than I could have dreamed. The house, although it was built in 1968, looks fresh and modern. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

Emmet did a first-​class job painting our family/​living space and kitchen. He was wonderful to work with, clean and efficient, and was flexible in working with our crazy schedule with two year old twins. Would highly recommend!

Emmet recently painted our nursery and we couldn’t be happier with the results. First, Emmet was super professional — he was on time, had our paint already purchased and ready to go, and he laid down plastic down our whole hallway so he couldn’t dirty anything up on his trips to the bathroom. Second, he was super efficient. We had two pieces of furniture pushed to the middle of the room and he had all the furniture and floors covered in protective paper/​plastic in what seemed like 5 minutes flat. By the time we checked in with him 30 minutes later, he’d already finished the wall perimeters! We also asked him to paint our ceiling and he was able to add that to his workload, but still finish in the original 5 hours he had quoted us (so basically we got our ceiling painted for free!). Last but not least, he was meticulous about his work. After completing, he noted a few places that he’d like to touch up at a later point, even though my husband and I couldn’t really see what he was seeing. It looked great to us. :-) Overall, we were really happy with Emmet and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Working with Kmans Kreations was a great pleasure. Our office underwent an extensive redesign recently that required painting, furniture assembly, soundproofing, and a tricky reclaimed wood installation. Kmans executed every task quickly, efficiently, and with tremendous professionalism. The office now feels like a completely new space thanks to the hard work of Emmet and Robby. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to overhaul their home or office.

Kmans Kreations were excellent in their execution and communication skills. Our office space was in need of some upgrades, and Emmet and Colson were able to quickly and effectively paint 3 of our rooms-​they look fantastic! They were very cautious not to get paint on any of the office furniture and we were able we are so happy with our new space! They even came back to touch-​up some last minute changes we needed.

I’m so thankful that I chose Kmans Kreations to fix up my condo. I never knew that a paint job could result in such a transformation! These guys put a ton of effort into prepping my place, including protecting surfaces, removing doors, hinges, window hardware, ceiling fixtures, hand rails, etc, to make sure that the end result was perfect. They were considerate, professional and responsive and I always felt comfortable having them in my home. Now, I will say that the quotes I got from them were considerably higher than the other guys. But after going through the process, I am so happy with the quality of the work and the level of professionalism, that I feel like I got everything I paid for. They have even offered to come back and do some touch ups once I get my furniture moved in. It’s so great to work with people who take pride in their work and are as excited about the result as the client. My 100-​year old home has all of the original charm and looks fresh and spectacular.
