I’ve purchased a uncle Jack sofa here and Allister was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but I think Allison’s superb service and great advise really deserve one.
He helped me with a design idea for my patio. I did not buy the piece on the spot but he did email me the info about the piece. I found this sofa online for 500 $ less and wrote to him about it. He contacted Kartell immediately and forwarded me their reply. Turns out that that company is based somewhere in Europe and when shipping outside the EU they will apply taxes and other charges. This was not mentioned in the checkout section and appeared as if shipping to the US was free– it was only stated in the «terms and conditions» section which I found very to be very misleading. This experience however, reassured me that placing an order through Allister I was getting the best price available for it.
Allister also helped me by looking for some matching pieces that the store does not carry (I was looking for a carved wooden Tibetan coffee and side table).
Since I’m furnishing my entire home, I’ve spent a lot of time in furniture stores lately and I have yet to experience anything near such service that goes well above and beyond anywhere.

The showroom person ‘Allister’ helped me throughout the process. He was terrific, not only with design suggestions and in store service, but he went the extra mile with customer service once the order was completed.
I’m very pleased with my purchases and look forward to working with Allister again.
