Kamiran Khidhir

Kamiran was great! I have curly/​wavy hair and he did a really good with the layers. Besides he was suuuper nice and we talked about life! Good stuff! Will be coming back for a haircut in a few months :).

I bought a haircut prepaid from Bloomspot and I called to make an appointment on Thursday morning and I spoke to Kamiran and he scheduled me for the next day Friday morning at 11.45. From our conversation on the phone, I told him that it will be for men’s haircut and also mentioned the bloomspot voucher.
It’s my first time to this salon and I was hoping that I can get the haircut that I desire. Kamiran seemed nice at first, I actually explained to him what kind of style that I like and also try to tell him that I don’t like my haircut too short, I like it a little bit shorter on the side also just a little bit at the back side, also I show him the picture of Chris Colfer from Glee from the magazine that I found in the salon. He seemed understand what I want and started to just buzz my hair so short, Oh My, where did he learn how to cut hair? He really scare me with his buzz thing and just keep going and going until I told him to STOP!!!
This man is mad, absolutely mad, he’s not listening to you at all, I mean if you cut your brand new client hair at the first time and when they told you NOT TOO SHORT, you don’t just go buzz all the way, you go slow and asked if this is the right length or if I need it shorter or not? You don’t just keep going with that buzzer, honestly, I can get better haircut same way kamiran did to my hair today somewhere else but WAY cost me a LOT CHEAPER than he charged, the thing that make me so upset also, I was so warning him about my flat shape of the back of my head, so I told him please don’t go too high, I need some extra hair to give it some volume to the flat area and I couldn’t believe he just go crazy and buzz my hair high, Mannnnnnn, so he said he has been cutting hair for 18 years and he could own that salon, are you kidding me?
I know why you DON’T and you SHOULDN“T, because I don’t think this Kamiran even deserve to rent a a chair in this salon, I meant this is what it said on the Ringolevio website :

seriously? Based on what? I felt like crazy when I asked him to stop and he told me that this is the best haircut for you and you actually look good with this haircut, let me give you some advise Mister You Know It All, It’s not about you, It’s about your client’s, alright?
I just couldn’t help my self to show him how angry I am with his crazy buzz haircut that he did, why he just go too short, and he still try to tell me that I look good in that WRONG haircut style of his and try to explain to me that my hair will grow, seriously?
I asked him to stop and hand him the voucher without saying anything else. I stop by at my friend’s and we just realize that the UNEVEN shape at the bottom of my hair, really? I just have to ask somebody else to fix it?
I think it’s time for Kamiran to retired or just do something else other than cutting hair, I guess my hair will grow back in a couple weeks just like what you said, without saying any sorry or admit that you did wrong, instead he feels like it’s really not a abig deal, but I hope I will be the last victim of your unprofessional stubbornness, which is very bad for the business based on customer service.
For the owner of Ringolevio Salon, you must be insane by having somebody like this in your business, I wish you were there to experience this together with us, I’m looking forward to your reply.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kamiran! My hair is thin, pretty straight and (to me) is sometimes «boring” — he gives me the perfect cut and layers that my hair needs! Recently I have been going (twice) for the Brazillian Straightening which I am obsessed with… I know there are recent health risks etc. etc. but you should see my hair!!! Bottom line: Kamiran is great, you won’t be disappointed.

He’s absolutely amazing! My hair is long and fine, yet Kamiran does a remarkable job in making it look so thick and healthy.

Kamiran can do it all and has seen it all, being a fixture on Union St for many years.
Aside from being a great person and a lot of fun to be around, Kamiran shows incredible attention to detail. He’s very conscientious. And whether you let him run with it, tell him what you want or collaborate on a new idea, its sure to be worth the journey.

Kamiran at Ringolivio is one of the best hairstylist/​color guys I know. I can always count on him to make me feel like a million bucks walking out of there and looking HOT! I think he has been at this for over 20 years and I have been a client for 12 of them… Highly recommend this guy for making you look good and making you laugh all the while while in the chair.
