I was happy to find a private yoga instructor with a holistic practice which goes beyond simply stretching and assuming poses. Individual classes mean there is a lot of individual attention, which is perfect for entry level or occasional students. I have knee issues that don’t allow me to do certain poses, and Josie helped me to find the best adjustments so that I can avoid further injury. Josie is a compassionate and attentive instructor who is approachable and quick to laugh. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, so the classes are fun as well as beneficial. As yet, she doesn’t have her own studio, so contacting her directly to set up an appointment is the best way to go. Enjoy!
