Don’t go see this guy if you are newly recovering from surgery. I did, and it was a huge mistake. I scheduled an appointment with him for a massage after 1 week after surgery, to get things flowing again., and although I thought I did benefit from the massage, he triggered an enormous panic attack in me, and this alone, foreshadowed his work. I gave him this honest feedback, and he did not say he was sorry, he simply said that people will say things that upset you all the time. He also offered his services if I change my mind.
After 3 more weeks went by, I thought I would give this another chance, and give him another chance, and try seeing him again. I emailed him that I was no longer as fragile or vulnerable as I was the first time I met him.
Bottom line… now he refuses to see me. So beware. He does not take feedback very well at all. And what I had told him was entirely valid.
I actually tried to rate him without any stars at all, but Unilocal wouldnt let me.

I met Jon via a corporate massage when we booked him for weekly visits to our office in downtown SF. He works on over 10 people each week on a chair massage but he also practices full-​length massage on table. I’ve been getting massages for years with all kinds of practictioners but Jon excels in his abilities especially with neck and shoulders. He also specializes in Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, Swedish, Vibrational, Cranial Sacral and Lymphatic Massage. He is amazingly talented.
