I’ve worked with Jessica and JKL on several projects. Because they specialize in windows they are responsive, knowledgeable, and easier to work with than the big box stores. Yet their prices are very competitive.
In one good example, I made a mistake in my order and Jessica managed to talk to the manufacturer before they had begun production and get it corrected. It’s that kind of personal service which causes me to come back.

Someone came to our apartment to measure today because our landlord, Hilda, is getting us new windows! Yay!!! The guys was about 30 minutes late, but when he got here was courteous and took measurements. We should be getting our new windows soon and I’ll update my review then.

Bring someone who speaks Cantonese here. Although they speak English, it’s sometimes easier to get the meaning across by Chinese. They fix mesh screens here as well as have a small area for demo/​sampling of glass/​window equipment.

JKL Windows is amazing! We love our new Simonton Windows!
My husband and I were looking for windows for our new unattached addition at our property. As we were driving on Geneva Ave we saw JKL’s sign and decided to stop in and see what they had. Teresa, who was at the front counter, was super nice, answered all our questions and was nice enough to go through our plans in order to get exact measurements. Teresa was able give us an additional discount, which was really helpful, being that we were on a tight budget, and so we decided to order our windows.
Two weeks later our Simonton windows arrived, just like promised! Yay!
Unfortunately our project got delayed and we were not able to pick up our windows right away. We called JKL windows to see if they can hold on to them until we are ready which they told us they would be more than happy to do.
3 months later, we are ready for windows, finally! We called JKL and asked if they can please deliver, which they normally don’t if you have less than a certain amount of windows, however they were nice a enough to deliver our windows to our job site, did not charge us anything, and delivered them within 3 hours!!!
We are extremely happy with the service we received, professionalism, quality of windows and just overall experience! We would recommend JKL Windows & Glass to everyone!
