Java Chez Moi

Loved the atmosphere! Nice bar that does not feel crowed with plenty of booth and bar space. The music was not too loud, so one can actually carry on a conversation. Bartenders were pleasant, I will definitely go back.

Not every new spot requires vaulted ceilings, mahogany bars, and tasting notes.
Java Chez Moi reminds me that sometimes it is lovely to be able to walk into an unpretentious spot and grab a quick cup of joe. Or perhaps a freshly baked cookie loaded with M&Ms for $ 1.25. Self-​assuredly spartan, the next few weeks should (hopefully) bring some Dreyers ice cream and perhaps even a Wi-​Fi hookup. Yay!
I sincerely appreciate the warm greeting from the woman at the counter… the tips will go to help her launch her catering business. Coffee always tastes better when accompanied by a heart-​warming story.
