Wife and daughter loved the kimchi omellette. This has to be one of the best places to people watch in the city. I got the basic breakfast and it was perfect. Great little café.

i have been a customer of this café for almost 30 years. during most of that time the same waiter was there. the nastiest, creepy, most obnoxious ass i have ever met. i kept going back because the food was so good. the previous owner was a very friendly man who cared about his customers. today i went in to order one of my favorite dishes only to find out the place has a new owner and he is just as nasty as the waiter. half the items have been taken off the menu. it is now just a burger, eggs and pancake place. i was very sad to see the old owner gone. i will never enter through the door of this place again. i predict with a nasty owner and a very nasty waiter this place will be gone in 6 months. good riddance.

The portions are huge, and the food is tasty. Very relaxed atmosphere. They’ve also added a Korean spin with kimchi and bulgogi omelettes. Lots of choices and variety. Plus, it’s the only place I can get a Philly cheese steak for breakfast.

Not the best place for Korean foods. The bulgogi/beef is all bone, and fat with a sliver of meat. Their cups were dirty on the rim. Looked like someone prior had Chapstick on. Their other foods may be good, but don’t go here for Korean food.

I tried their bulgogi omelette and really liked it! There’s fried rice inside the omelette(like omurice) and the green peppers taste great with the sweet saucy bulgogi. I like eating it with some sriracha on the side to add a bit of spice to it. It reminded me of my mom’s cooking when she’d make omurice for me as a kid. I also like that they have coffee– I drank 4 cups there. haha The staff is also really polite!

Great casual breakfast joint with good coffee and even better pancakes. Ordered the breakfast special which comes with bacon, hash browns, a shortstack, and an egg and I was not disappointed. 4⁄5 will visit again.

I came here with a few people around 9:30am and there was plenty of seating. A bit difficult to find parking, but over your inside in café, everyone I’d pretty friendly. It’s a small place and really affordable. My sister got some pancakes, which I thought was okay tasting, and her boyfriend for the bulgogi omelette. It surprised me, there was rice inside of the omelette, and the meat on top was pretty tasty. I had a bacon bagel sandwich, which was perfect. The bagel was nice and crisp. The bacon plentiful and tasted good as well. I would come back if I was looking for something quick, cheap, and tasty.

Delicious!!! The food was fast and larger portions. Attentive staff and great for a Saturday morning brunch. Looked like a popular locale with the traveling and locals. Got the pancake special and was the perfect amount the start out the day for a jam packed sight seeing day!

Good price and friendly restaurant in short words. I was starving and this was my first time to visit this cozy restaurant. This is actually exellent price for lunch. I like«hash brown» here. Its crispy enough and i will definitely visit this place again. If you wanna have lot of portion of food and reasonable price to eat. I will strongly recommand this place to you.

I woke up literally hungry on a Sunday morning and decided to try this spot and it was a mess. The steak was so tough. The bacon was not crispy.

My parents and I visited the spot during our short stay in San Francisco. A classic diner with a slight twist: the egg florentine($ 7ish) is well-prepared, with exactly the right amount of hollandaise sauce. It’s better than most of the typical eggs dishes I’ve had! The interior however needs improvement. Other than that, a sweet gem.

Coffee Only review: it was pretty bad. My friend even threw half of his out(i sucked it up and drank the rest of mine). It tasted like maybe those coffee grounds saw a few more pots of coffee than they should. Id recommend Han et. al. to relook their SOP on coffee making.

We just finished a hot & delicious breakfast at Han’s. They had tables to sit on a Saturday! The breakfast was as good as Honey, Honey– and the food came hot too! We had eggs florentine, French toast, &3 pancakes w/blueberries. The French toast & Benedict both beat Honey, Honey in taste. This is a small but neighborhood diner like we’re used to at home. The meal, for 3 of us, was under $ 30& was the perfect portions. We don’t eat meat– so I cannot comment on any of the meat dishes. Come by when the lines are too long everywhere else and be pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and fast as stated in other reviews. I loved the small artwork on the walls.

This place is pretty good. Interesting combination of about 80% diner food 20% Korean food. But it worked and great price. Ordered, 1. Bulgogi omelette which tasted amazing, just not enough bulgogi! The meat portion was more like a garnish :/but tasted great. The rice in the omelette was delicious. 2. Shortstack with bacon. Pancakes were awesome. Tasty and great consistency and texture. Bacon was on point thick and crispy. 3. Side of kimchi was a bit dry but went well with the bulgogi omelette. 4. Orange juice. Freshly squeezed and sweet. It was good. Minus 1 star for bulgogi portion, kimchi, and overall cleanliness Overall would definitely recommend this place for breakfast brunch or anytime.

Have been in San Francisco since mid August and had not found a good breakfast place until this morning. Literally just a block from my room(I live on Post and Hyde) I found Han’s. I ordered the Corn Beef Hash and Eggs and a side of bacon(always well done). Great and fast service, friendly atmosphere even for a party of one. Highly recommended.

Another stop on my quest to find my favorite corned beef hash in the city. Score: 3.75÷5 on the flavor, 5⁄5 on the portions, 5⁄5 speed, 5⁄5 value, +1 points for addition of hash browns. This looks like a dive, but the food is actually quite delicious and damn cheap for SF. The man who I am assuming is the owner is jovial, the waitresses are super fast, and your food gets to you within 5 – 10 minutes. Amazing. Truly, the reason why the boyfriend and I went here instead of Golden Coffee Shop is because this place accepts credit cards and the other one was cash only. So there’s that! Boyfriend ordered the big breakfast, which was only about $ 8 or so. We both left stuffed. It was quick, efficient, and delicious — the eggs were also good. Surprisingly, nothing was as greasy as I would have thought. Huge plus there! My stomach was totally fine afterwards. Only down sides are that it looks grungy and tends to get really warm in there. However, it’s totally worth it if you’re looking for a quick, filling, tasty bite to eat. Don’t expect your usual fancy $ 18 brunch and you’ll be good to go.

Good value for the money. While it looks like a greasy spoon diner from the outside, the food is actually decent quality and not too oily. It’s run by Asians, and they also have some Korean items on the menu like bi bim bap, bulgogi omelette, and kal-bi. Looks like they’ve raised prices on the Korean dinner items, but breakfast items are still a pretty good deal considering the portion sizes. I ordered the Popeye’s Favorite omelette for $ 6.99 and it was so huge I split it into two meals. My only gripe was that they used square cheese inside the omelette and on top, which gave it a cheaper flavor. I would’ve preferred they used shredded cheese even if it was a plain cheddar cheese. The onions also weren’t very caramelized, but other than that it was pretty good. My boyfriend ordered the hash, which I wouldn’t recommend if you’ve had a hash at any of the other fancy brunch places in SF. Han’s version was just some minced pork sauteed with onions. Overall, great for a simple, quick, no frills breakfast.
