These people (from HC) really pushy and you can feel it first minute during the consultation … Was thinking about HC before I contacted real customers with super disappointed experience!!!

Miguel has been my stylist for over 15 years and not only is he professional in his demeanor but he cares about his client looks. Your not just another client coming in to get a service, he wants to make sure that you look good and feel good about your system. I had other stylists who just wanted to do the basics and that was it, but Miguel makes sure that the system is in place and that you are comfortable with the way you look and wants you to give him feedback on your service. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat!

Miguel A. is by far the best stylist I’ve had in the 15 yrs I’ve spent at HCM. He’s got a rare combination of speed, quality, and attention to detail. Not to say the other stylists don’t, but I’ve been very satisfied with Miguel and his professionalism. Keep up the great work!!!

The only person is good in this place it’s Laura and Tanya That’s it and the management is the worst management you will have her in contact and the worst customer service Elise the manager she is the worst from everyone The second person name is Brian is Elise husband if she don’t like somebody a fight with somebody she will not deal with it she will give to Brian a husband to talk to him and then if you did not like the answer it will do everything to remove you to be a member and the next thing will tell you you can get the refund back but then after you sign then he will tell you cannot get the refund back be careful from them

I echo the negative reviews. Unless you like to deal with a very unprofessional manager; do not waste you time and mental well being. There are other good options in the bay area.

Stay away! I used them for a year and was taken for over 7 thousand dollars. First off they never told me it was going to be a hairpiece glued and taped to my head. They lead me to believe they had some high tech way of making all my hair come back. The consultatiion was a con job! Very misleading! The stylist are rude and very demanding when it comes to tip time! Stay Away!

I had a surprisingly pleasant consultation at HCM. The staff was exceedingly patient, kind, well informed and helpful. I was given the option of financing, a break down of payments, a time frame for hair regrowth and a rubric of the cost to follicle ratio. They took complimentary photos of my hair line so that I could really see the extent of hair loss. It could have been really awkward but instead I actually had fun. There is no such thing as super cheap elective surgery so I went in prepared with research on what to expect and their costs were competitive. I’m looking at the other reviews as I write this and can’t help but feel I’m reading the rants of jaded and bitter middle aged men and women that don’t want to invest in their appearance. Their poor spelling and grammar is kind of amusing as well. Anyway, I virtually never ever Unilocal about anything but this place was totally worth mentioning.
Go in and see for yourself. I swear, having worked in hospitality you learn that people are ten times more likely to complain about not getting their way than to compliment a business on outstanding service. That’s a big reason why I’m writing this letter. I know a business professional when I meet one and HCM went above and beyond in my opinion.

I realized my hair was thinning a couple months ago. I joined and have been happy with the services so far. However it is extremely expensive, and I feel I was manipulated by the consultant, I felt rushed n was financed for my contract. The consultat told me i was averaging $ 175 a month when its over $ 300. On the good side my hair seems to have stopped thinning and is looking better as time goes.

stay away!!! please don’t be stupid! this a place they rip you off! they totally lie you. the information you get in consultation is sooo different what you get. they told me $ 95 per month. it was logic in the beginning so i thought i can effort that. After i got the system? they told me that i have to be a member and pay $ 480.

It suddenly struck me i was looking for something else on Unilocal,and this place came to mind, DONT waste your time coming here. this is from a woman’s point of view… you can do waaaay better getting help with hair loss else where, THIS place SUCKS… save ur money and find «help» else where… i am NOT kidding!!! go onto hair sites and do your research please, wished i had, i was silly and pd a ton of $$ for a shitty topper that i never wore, could have thrown the $ 3000 in to the street for all the good it did!!! The colorists are pathetc, so please STAY away!!!
