Boutiques should not purchase wholesale from this company as they are not loyal. I tried to special order a blouse for my beloved long-time customer. Despite repeated requests, Beluva would not ship us a one-piece special order. Minimum order is two pieces they said. Then I found out the customer called them directly and got what she wanted. How foolish that makes me and my boutique look. Unfortunately a company policy like this one is contributing to the demise of independent stores… This kind of attitude will hurt everyone in the long run.

I stopped into Firuze Design by accident, simply because I liked the dresses window. I was greeted pleasantly by Bryan(who works on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s). I’m terrible at picking out clothes in a designer store. Bryan came to my rescue. I asked to be shown fashionable business attire and Bryan quickly showed me some timeless pieces that would be very versatile. His fashion sense by far exceeded my expectations. He chose items that I would never have tried on, on my own. I was WOWED by the looks chosen for me and I invested in all of Bryan’s suggestions. Thank you Bryan for a great client experience! See you soon!

I just went into Firuze’s last week. A lovely gal called Marleen helped me with a present for my sister. She was so lovely. She was not pushy yet she was knowledgeable. I did purchase a few items from her. She also sent me to the website for a few items that were called Beluva. I haven’t purchased anything off yet but love the website. Thank you Marleen!

Great designs and great shopping experience. It is a fun little store and great service. Really enjoyed shopping there with my Mom and the saleswomen was very nice and helpful. I forget her name but it started with a B and she was great.

The manager here needs to take control of their sales persons. Dal was extremely aggressive and rude. She stepped over several lines, at one pointing inviting us to go with her to Malaysia and requesting we send her our old jeans. Then when we returned some pants we found for a $ 100 cheaper, she called our home phone(which we left b/c some of the clothes were going to be shipped) and threatned to charge us a fee for«tying up the merchandise» WHICHWEPURCHASEDANDRETURNED. The other salesperson, Leanna, was a dream, however.

I had a great shopping experience and received excellent customer service from Dal. She offered suggestions and brought pieces for me to try on and mix/match with the assurance that it’s not something she’s suggesting I buy, but just could coordinate with the style. I returned a week later to ask to exchange a jacket that was too small and Ana Maria was completely accommodating with letting me exchange for a better size even though the tag had already been removed from the jacket I bought. I love the personal attention I received here that is so lacking in many women’s clothing stores. I would definitely recommend Firuze to my friends.

Bad customer service experience. I have been a long time customer of this store and have spent a lot of money with them. Recently I purchased a pair of Vitamina jeans for $ 168.00. I located the same pair of jeans at another shop for $ 28.00 less. I called Firuze twice to complain that I felt that I had been overcharged for the jeans. I spoke to two different sales people and one said that the owner would not be willing to adjust the overcharge and the other said that she would let the owner know that I would like to discuss adjusting the overcharge. I never heard from the owner and I feel that given the length of time that I’ve been a customer of this shop and the past purchases made that I deserved the basic courtesy of a response. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. I feel undervalued and under-appreciated. Not a good way to do business.
