one star for the terrible customer service. the front lady had the worst attitude I have ever seen.

Came in with a super emergency and was taken cared of immediately! The company that I work for sent the wrong manuals and I had 35 adults to teach. Thankfully FedEx was able to print them out and hole punched same day.
I love the location and the amazing customer service! Super reliable!

Went there to print documents for my business. Ben was awesome. Great service, great quality…

I come here once a week to send out my accounting packages cross country and have had a huge increase in customer service! I see Raquel every week and she is always positive, fast, and friendly! She is by far the best fed ex employee I have worked with in years and should be a manager to train others on customer service and a great fed ex experience.

I have witnessed many people have unfriendly experiences here over my 4 – 5 visits. Being a block from my office, this should be my go-​to FedEx, but the employees have made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I now visit the Kearny FedEx instead.
Please take a lesson from your manager or Kearny location in customer service!

Worst service, such attitude. Avoid unless you want to be treated like your completely disrupting and ruining their day by giving them your business. Go to USPS on Sutter, they actually talk to you.

The worst arrogant customer service in town. At least they don’t discriminate an treat everybody equally bad.

I see why the place has low stars. I thought how bad could a copy and printing place be??? Really bad, the guy why greeted me was so incompetent to the point to where he didn’t even know how to start the computer that I needed to use. I walked out after frustration to go elsewhere for my printing needs. I don’t know the point of having employees if they can’t perform any duties. Unless it was his very first day. He was so lost to the point where his only help was reading out loud the signs that I could just read my self.

Bad review or good review depends on whom we interact with, more personnel than business. My experience was great and would choose this location over others.

I can see that this FedEx office has a bad reputation here on Unilocal,so I want to write a quick review saying that I actually was quite happy with the service I received here:
I was helped by Raquel and by Jason (who seems to be manager here). They helped me with the puzzling situation in figuring out how to ship merchandise to Latin America. Especially Brasil is a headache to ship anything to, but they were very helpful in walking me through all the steps. (I have not witnessed a country that is more bureaucratic than Brasil!)
Long story short: don’t try to ship anything to Brasil if you can help it. But if you do, explain the situation and the folks here can help you!

OMG the worst customer service ever, I can’t believe this person has a job dealing with people.
I came in today with an emergency, there were two young ladies working at the counter. One with blonde hair was extremely helpful and kind (thank you) the other one I don’t have words to even describe her attitude. I needed to email something very important so I bought a USB drive and got to work. Unfortunate it would not work, I asked the lady with mad attitude to please help me, she basically said no I refuse to help you and I said please is very important can you just come over to the computer and show me what I need to do. With a look of confusion she said nothing and stud behind the counter and refused to help me. I am disgusted by her refusal to even come around the counter, she refused to help me. I have never experienced what happened today, someone needs fix this kinkos and get another young lady like the blonde girl.
Never going back again!

Great service and affordable and I really like it. Clean environment as well, some times machines are broken though.

All of the 2-​star or below ratings are accurate about this place. Is the manager named Ryan (chubby white guy with glasses)? Because he was just slow and dismissive. I came in to pick up a package, and even though I was next in line and standing at the counter, the employees decided to serve two other customers before me without an apology or explanation. Ryan was in the middle of helping me and just decided to assist someone else instead, then never came back.
The employees there looked, for the most part, slow and oblivious/​dismissive. One star for the girl who came out of the stock room, saw me, and helped.

Review is based on coming here on various occasions to pick up my package and one time shipping.
This is my pick up spot of choice to redirect my Fed Ex packages to. it is convenient to pick up from and I had no issues each and every time. The process is seamless and very efficient actually (to my surprise). For the most part, those that have helped me were very professional, and they made sure that everything was cool.
I shipped a package here once and Fed Ex is expensive! 1 pound package (not express) cost me 15 bucks. Holy smokes! Unfortunately, that was my only option at the time. However, the price is not up to the store, but the company so it’s not their fault.
They’re always very welcoming and let me use the counter space to pack/​unpack my stuff. All good here.
What I truly respect about them is that their customer service is equal opportunity for all. If they are nice, they are nice to everyone. If someone is not so nice, they will be not so nice to everyone. That is true customer service in my book! Not treating anyone different!

«Do you have a question?»
Those were the words I was greeted with as I walked up to the counter with the painting I needed to mail. Not «Good morning», or «How may I help you». Instead, it was more like ask your question quickly and get going so that I can get back to doing nothing.
So I asked my question. Or rather told her what I wanted. «I would like to get my painting packaged and shipped». With a sigh, she took out the tape measure and quickly declared they did not have the box my package would require. You need a special art box and the Fedex down the street has it.
So I took my painting and hauled myself out to the place she sent me. Amazingly enough, the guy at the Fedex down the street told me that I didn’t need the art box she sent me to get. He was able to ship it in the regular box while being ultra friendly at the same time.
Save your frustration and go to a different Fedex location. The one on Kearny was fantastic and they appreciate your business a lot more than these guys do.

I shipped my cousin’s christmas gift to her early December so she would receive it on time for Christmas. I decided to go with Fedex bc it was close to my office and figured they would provide good service. WRONG.
I called my cousin to see if she received the package — she said nope! Called this store — they said they couldn’t help me from the store level so I called customer service. After waiting for 40 minutes on the phone — they told me the address it was sent to was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT street… and signed by some guy who was not my COUSIN?! Thank you FedEx for letting some random stranger STEAL my present to my cousin (which was customized and took a lot of love, time and money).
Now, on Christmas Eve, I’m going to have to figure out how to recover this present. Thanks

If you want horrible customer service administered to you by inept individuals, this is your place.
I try to avoid printing pieces for work at the last minute at places like this, but a recent marketing piece that was a rush job needed to be printed and in hand in a rush. The quickest option was this place.
I uploaded the file and processed the order online, which was a breeze. The trouble started when I arrived to pick up my project and they had printed the file incorrectly. These projects are being run on the printer by human beings. However, even when this human ran the print job through the copier and saw that the file didn’t fit correctly on the paper size, they would question it or at minimum ask the customer?
I asked them to rerun it correctly, as per my online order request and for whatever reason they couldn’t access the original file through the FedEx online ordering system. So I had to call my assistant and ask her to resend the file directly to the general email address for the store. What good is an online ordering system if you can’t actually access the files?
This all resulted in a 45-​minute wait at the store. It gave me time to see firsthand how incompetent the sales staff is with customer service, efficiency and knowledge.
Never again!

It’s not too often that a customer service experience leaves me stunned, but my recent miserable experience necessitates that I write this review.
I arrived at FedEx Office with plenty of time to spare — 45 minutes — or so I thought. All I needed to do was dock my laptop and print 15 copies of a 7-​page presentation. Unfortunately, two pages in, the printer just stopped. I asked a service associate for some help and after about 5 minutes of fiddling around (the printer needed a new toner cartridge), she declared the printer to be stuck and asked me to instead send my print job to the front desk.
Eager to finish up, I did as instructed. I even checked with the associate to make sure she had received my print job before disconnecting my laptop and packing it up. ‘Yes, it’s here’. A couple of minutes later, she informed me that it was the wrong print job — turns out she didn’t even check to make sure it was mine. Back to the docking station, I was asked to email my project this time as the printer behind the counter was experiencing communication problems. I emailed her my preso, along with specific instructions (pages 2 – 8; 15 black and white copies).
A few minutes later she tells me she’s received my email and asks me ‘how many copies?’ and starts the job. Nooooooo! Did you read my email? I only want pages 2 – 8 printed.
Nope. I didn’t read your email.‘
40 frustrating minutes later, I’m finally on my way without any acknowledgment of inconvenience or apology. The only thing I did receive? Rude, snarky ‘service’. I’ll be forever passing on this location in the future!
