After an initially really disappointing customer experience, the Knicker ladies turned it around Let me explain why
* On December 14th I signed up for a 3 month holiday membership as a gift for my wife. The membership promised delivery by December 24th
* On December 18th I checked back on the status of the order and it was «Processing»
* From December 18th to December 23rd I tried to contact [ENCLOSED] via phone and email without any response. The phone number 1.800.653.2970 goes to a voicemail box which was full so I couldn’t leave a message
* On December 23rd they contacted me, said the delivery had been made on the 17th, I explained we had not received it so they promised to send a new package and extend the membership by 1 month.

thoughtful, beautifully packaged romantic gifts are far and few between. enclosed is the real deal. my wife loves everything they curate and and the packaging is perfect. it doesn’t hurt that i happen to like the gifts too!

The knickers from Enclosed have been beautiful, tasteful and sexy.. . a clear home run. I was looking for something to give to my girlfriend on a regular basis to make her feel special. The panties from Enclosed have been the perfect gift.
While I had been slightly intimidated in the past about purchasing intimate apparel, Enclosed took all of the guess work out. First, the set up was extremely easy. All I had to do is answer a few questions about general size and style, and they took care of the rest. My girlfriend is thrilled with the quality, packaging and styles of the three months she has received so far. Each month she has something to look forward to, and I get to be the hero.
