I actually went to his San Pablo office, but same doctor.
This guy insisted I had to pay out of pocket .
My Insurance insisted I had $ 750 for the whole year for up front costs, with a $ 3,000 deductible.
This guy made me fill out forms, the degree of pain I’m in, and basically said F— Y – , get out.
I was in a good mood today, so I just uttered «you moron» under my breath as I left, knowing this guy isn’t worth my time.
at least his assistant offered to give me some kind of help …
he just didn’t feel like helping me. I hope he treats the next patient (s) better.
