I’ve personally had a great experience. Diane Berger has been prompt in returning my calls and emails. Usually within the hour. I’ve been in a sales management type of role for close to 20 years so I’ve had my share of dealing with people from customers to companies to C level execs. I mention this because it’s rare to find someone that says what they’ll do then actually come through. This just has been my own experience though.
And before anyone asks, no, I wasn’t asked to write this review or anything of the sort. I felt that I received great service so I decided to share it.

I spoke to Diane. Her emails and conversation is not how I wanted to be treated. i was turned off and cancelled my appointment to meet her. I was shocked by her lack of professional business etiquette.

My experience working with Dave Stone completely reshaped my historically skeptical view of third-​party recruiters. Mr. Stone recognized a potential fit for a position I may never have considered. After reaching out to me on LinkedIn, he choreographed a rigorous, lengthy interview process with about a dozen individuals over three separate visits, helped me prepare, and promptly addressed my concerns along the way and helped secure a satisfactory offer.
Four months after joining a new firm in a new industry, I am quite pleased with the position and excited about opportunities for professional growth.

This group doesn’t deserve one STAR, but deserves –5 stars that is what I would rate this company. Diane has no clue how to run a business, she doesn’t know what jobs are posted, will never return a call and claims she didn’t receive any emails from me. Does she work out of her bathroom… all she dishes out is a load of crap. What ever you do dont give her your resume, I truly think she uses resumes for her own resume writing business. If you dont believe me call her yourself 415 568 2330 and see what she dishes out to you!

The office seemed very quiet, cold, & strict.
I didn’t ever get a call to have a position matched from here. I don’t get the impression that you should’ve tried yourself to go here & get a job.

Ok, so what, am I on a rampage against placement agencies? No, it’s just that it didn’t occur to me to post about them, but that aside these guys suck, they really do.
Went thru the whole set up, fine whatever, did all the stuff and OF COURSE nothing.
Being the web dectective that I am I find and e-​mail the prinicpal at the firm and said hey, what’s up, we went back and forth, I figured well, at least I’m on his radar now.
Wrong !
Found a job on their site, a firm I used to work for, it was a temp posn but I was out of work at the time and figured it would be better than sitting home, but the amazing part was I was turnkey, I knew the systems, I could’ve walked in, sat down, and started working immediately.
Sent an e-​mail to the recruiter expressing interest, no reply, wait a few days, send another, few more days, still no reply. Leave her a VM, no reply, some how two weeks later manage to get her on the phone.
No recollection of any e-​mails from me, and claimed she didn’t know about the posn, I said it’s on your site, you’re the recruiter !?
She made me find it on their site and e-​mail it to her and after all that she came back and said «oh, that. .. yeah, we filled that one.»
THEN WHY’S IT STILL UP ON YOUR SITE !?
Amazing, no help, none, zero, a total and complete waste of time. Use Craig’s List, I found a job there without all the BS.
Recruiters: The used car dealers of corporate America !
