I’ve now come 2x– and unimpressed with her and staff. I arrived 5 mins before my 11 am appointment and now told at 11:45 that Dr. Lam will be back in 15 mins. Her staff don’t seem to know what they are doing and the equipment is 20 years old. Not impressed.

Dr. Lam is one of my admired doctor. She is fully delegated to her job and she has good accuracy in diagnosing illnesses. At the time that my father-​in-​law came to see her for the first time, she had already found out my father-​in-​law had a neck tumor. At the time, it was a little too late for treatment. She did her best for referring him to ENT, oncologist, and other specialists. She also visited him several times at the hospital. Until today, i am still very thankful for her as a patient’s family member. i feel like she is very friend forever. i would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a good doctor.
