DC Productions Hip Hop Dance Workshop

This will be my 4^th workshop with DC Productions Presents and I’ve always had a great time and met some really nice people. The choreography is really fun and incorporates a lot of different styles. If you have to miss a class, there’s an instructional DVD that helps catch you back up on the missed choreography. There are people of all ages and levels, but it doesn’t matter at all. There’s a separate workshop for the kids and they are soooo adorable. They may be little, but they can really dance.

The DC Productions hip hop dance workshop is about as fun as it gets. It’s an 8 week workshop where you learn several dance routines, then get to perform them at a showcase with lots of other Bay Area hip hop dance groups.
The guys who run the workshops are amazing choreographers — they are the directors of Funk Beyond Control (FBC). FBC is a kick-​ass dance crew and the winners of the 2008 & 2009 USA Hip Hop Championships and Battlefest 360. The choreography is on fire! The latest workshop starts on September 5 through October 24, with the performance on November 14. It’s open to all ages and all levels of dance experience. It’s really a place for everybody who likes to dance and wants to take their dancing from the club or the gym to the stage. The final performance is like the cherry on top of a fun 8 weeks of practice!
